Ordered on line at 7:30 pm 3/13 25. Got a phone call saying that they ran out of bread 3 hrs before I ordered.
Tried to order today 3/15/25 at 5:00 pm order would not go through. Got a prompt to call the store directly.
I've called 3 times over the past 45 min.
Nobody answers the phone.
Probably needs to go out of business with service like this.
I won't try any more.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!

This JJ's seems to have a completely made up set of operating hours that change daily and do not match the hours listed online. They have been closed at ~5pm the last three times I tried to purchase a sandwich. If you're lucky there will be a note on the door, but more often than not the lights are just off.

5:54 pm Thursday febuary 20th. Sat at the window for 5 minutes. No one in line. Refuse to take the order. Yelled 3 times no awnser. Drive by the drive thru windows they are just standing there talking laughing.

Charity's Ghost

Man... what a depressing visit.
We went there back in December 2021.
I just edited it so that it would show up again anew in order to properly warn others.
The front window boasts "free smells."
I found this laughable as there was nothing TO smell inside. I mean... there's nothing cooking, and bagged chips aren't putting out much of an aroma.
The place was completely empty, and it had the feel of a place ready to close for the night. We were going to eat inside, but the vibe was too weird.
We got two 8" subs and two regular drinks, and it cost $17.00!! WTF!!
We didn't even get boring chips or a crappy pickle, dude. The sandwich was THE WORST sub I've EVER had. That sandwich was flavorless. The bread was pale and doughy like the dough hadn't risen before it was baked, and then it wasn't baked long enough. Everything was just mushed on there and stuffed into the bun. Even the tomatoes weren't ripe.
I have never been to Jimmy John's before, and I most definitely will never go back.
I wanted to go back to the store to get my money back, but I was really too upset. I had already had a bad day, and this visit made it worse on top of my wasting my money.
I would also be very embarrassed if I worked there because I wouldn't want to represent this food. This was ALTOGETHER a GAS STATION calibur "sub".
👎👎👎... That's THREE THUMBS DOWN!

I don't go there anymore. Employee interactions are non existent (wont look at you, say hi/thank you etc). Food for some reason tastes weird the last few times with stuff missing from the sandwiches. I never thought I would ever throw my sub away after a few bites from a Jimmy John's.

Website states open until 9pm and they apparently had to close early. Which and today’s world I understand staffing and concerns will sometimes cause establishments to close early. However, the website stated currently open until 9 PM. So I do online ordering order $53.53 worth of food for me and my family because we were moving and wanted a quick good meal. My money was taken out of my account and it stated the food would be ready in 20 minutes. So I drive to Jimmy John’s for a pick up pull in the lot and guess who’s closed? Jimmy John’s. But the bigger issue here is my money was taken from my account and when I called today to have it reimbursed, I was told by the “manager“ that there was nothing he could do about it because he doesn’t see a receipt so I did call my bank. I did make a social media post and I am leaving. If you’re truly hungry and you want some food and you don’t want to pay for something that you don’t get I suggest you don’t use Jimmy John’s unless you drive to the facility to ensure that they are currently open , this is the second time I’ve ever made a person who works in Customer Service . I understand things happen, however, what you do to take care of the customer things happen speaks highly of your establishment and the people running it.

Love jimmy johns but the employees are terrible the owner should look into how often they refuse to up the doors cause they closed early. They literally stand at the counter so the owner can't tell they closed early on camera I would look into sales and see what time they stop coming in.this is why this location is failing feel bad for the owner

The man working was SOO RUDE, Said he was the manager however did not have a uniform on. He was upset he made our order incorrect and tried to say “you ordered online so there is nothing we can do” after the young lady told him HE mad our order wrong then whe was willing to remake it, but not without cursing at me low enough I could hear , but not to my face. I did record the interaction because of how nasty he was acting, also sent an email to corporate. Unfortunately no one has reached out to me for me to send them the video. I will never give them my money!! Hopefully the Springfield store closes due to not having enough business! They don’t deserve to stay open with the trash they hired!
