I visited this location on 4/11/2020 & ordered a fill-up meal w/12 tenders (additional $10). I did not receive the tenders. Called location; spoke with manager & was told that they could not credit my card without me being present in the store, but would put my name in the book and would be corrected my next visit; call lasted less than 2 minutes.
