The last two weekends we have went there and tried to purchase food and both time the lady in front lets us know it's a 45 minute wait on chicken and when she came in she came in to no food. I think someone needs to change how that location is being ran because your loosing out on money. Who wants to wait forty five minutes. Something needs to change .

With it being Fourth of July I expected to wait that was all good. I ordered an eight Peace came out about 30 minutes later. Got home open the lid. Everything was soggy and the bucket is full of fryer Grease.

Jonathan and Ms.Crista are awesome! Chicken was fresh and delicious, we came 30 minutes before they closed and had a bigger order. They weren’t annoyed at all and super nice, definitely come here if you’re craving some chicken!

New gm who doesnt know how to do her job. Their constantly out of product. And you constantly have to wait foreveer to even have your order taken and then your told youve gotta wait another 30 minutes. Kfc has gone done the toilet.

Update. We tried it again and let's just say KFC keeps showing why they're number 1. Asked for no pickle, for extra pickles. Asked for diet, drinks, got regular drinks. This is the last time we visit this location, they are truly horrendous.
My last review. Lazy or just bad service? You tell me. Ordered large fry got half a container. Ordered 8 strips got 7 burnt nuggets. They can't even count. We have to stop patronizing these places if they're just going to screw us over.

Edit: Been patiently waiting after covid for a KFC buffet. I know corporate will probably never do one again as they pulled them out of their stores decades ago. Waiting for a franchise like this one to bring it back. I was a regular (1-2 times a week) even they had the buffet but have not been there since and won't return unless they bring it back. It was 30 minute drive (one way) fit me to go here be worth it. Now I go 55 minutes to Ponderosa or Der Dutchman for really good buffets and do Golden Corral once a week too.
Sad how companies have just stopped doing what was previously a given since covid.
Just ate here for the first time at this location. I had been to the Upper Valley Pk location several times when it was open. This place rocks! Great food! Great buffet! The employees were working their butts off but still super nice and helpful. My family had a great dinner experience. Thank you! I will be back. BTW.... I love Norm as the new Colonel.
I just went to this location to pick up some chicken strips. They give me five nasty looking strips and said they just came up. I asked if I could get fresh ones. They told me it would take almost 20 minutes to get fresh ones. I’ve worked in fast food before there’s no way it took 20 minutes to prepare five chicken strips. Food is disgusting. And the manager Acts like she doesn’t care and its an inconvenience for me to get fresh food. Do not go here go to Lee’s or Popeyes.

Definitely one of the first younger ones of this generation running the front register that was dedicated to his job was courteous, we came in the door, and acknowledged my Army Veteran hat, thanked me for my service, and gave me the drinks for free, which is their discount. Food was hot and fresh!

Picked up big family meal chicken strip dinner tonight at E. Main Street location and it was worse meal ever. Bisquits hard, corn dry and ice cold, and most chicken strips were smaller than fries. Mac-n- cheese was just ok. We are done with KFC.
