Waited over an hour for chicken that wasn't even done.

The manager needs to be FIRED. The owner must not be paying any attention and I guess he's getting enough profit from the place since it's in front of Meojer. I'd never heard of a bad KFC until I moved near Springfield and went to this Hillcrest Ave location. I ordered on the app 3 original drumsticks. That's it. Got there 3 min early and at 5 minutes after asked the status. "Oh just a few minutes." I waited. She began avoiding eye contact after 10 more min. At 20 more min I went to the counter. She had gone to the back and wouldn't come out. Asked someone else. All kinds of conversation back there, but no one explaining to me why I was now waiting a half hour for a few drumsticks. I had seen others come and go. When the order was finally ready, she gave it to me with no apology or explanation. I might drive another 15 minutes to the next nearest to avoid this place now that I've read all the other reviews of it.

Certain dinner and meal pieces that you can get on a budget for a family
But every time I’ve came to this exact one service not great and the food. Some of it doesn’t come out some of the items are missing never put napkins or sauces or jelly for your biscuits.
You have to make sure that you repeat yourself 3 to 4 times before you leave.

Went to drive thru this past Sunday. I ordered 16 strips and a large cole slaw. Lady that took my oder said my total then said sheesh. When I approached window I laughed and said why did you say sheesh. She said I would never pay that, the strips are so small. I laughed it off, knowing how expensive it is to eat out. She then asked me to pull around, it would be 10 minutes, they just dropped the chicken. Cool! Fresh food!
Well, I waited and waited...
25 minutes later I went inside. Same lady told me it would be a few more minutes, they had an online order almost ready that they will give to me and make them wait and offered me a free cake. I said no thanks, I just want a refund. She went to back, where I can hear conversation, talking to her manager. Manager says, I am not giving any more refunds. WHAT?????? I've now been waiting half hour and your telling me I can not have my $ back!!! I am being forced to stay here and wait for my order that I no longer want!? So I asked for corporate #. Manager Screams the # from the back. I asked what her name was ...NOW SHE WAS QUIET! Lady up front whispered Krista. So I stood in lobby called corporate, while still waiting on food. I am literally sooo mad at this point! As I'm getting finished up with my formal complaint to corporate they FINALLY hand me my food! 45 MINUTES LATER!!!! Lady at counter was nice and asked my 6 yr old grandson what kind of cake he would like. As she is went to back to get it, a cook came out and was chewing (eating something) and said 1 of the fryers are down. Really????? If you guys would have been honest in the beginning maybe you wouldn't have the issue of myself, and 5 other unhappy customers waiting in your lobby!!!!!
I never leave reviews or call corporate but this was too much!!!! I will never be at this location again!!!!! And it's now, 2 days later and I've heard nothing back from corporate!!! Which means KFC has lost my business!! I will continue to call them! And post on social media or whatever.

My time is just as valuable as anyone who drives thru the drive thru. I come to pickup a doordash it needs to be timely with no excuses. They are important customers as well. Fast food wants the business but doesn't want to deliver on the service. Here is another case in point

Went thru the drive thru ordered 2 sandwiches they said it would be 10 minutes I said ok after 15 minutes I went inside and wanted my money back, they said they couldn't refund my money I said I wanted my money they said they had to call the manager I waited about another 10 minutes and didn't get back to me, I got my sandwiches and left.

Ordered on-line, confirmation that order would be ready at 5:45. Get notice it’s ready for pick-up. Go inside only to be told it will 20 min., they’re making fresh chicken. Another customer also waiting, told the same thing. Your App is WORTHLESS!!! Won’t be ordering from you again, too many other businesses in town to be treated in this manner!!!

I call it Micro-Chicken, in my nearly 70 years never had chicken this small anywhere. After discounting bones and breading there was very little meat. What a waste of money. I called the store and was informed the chicken comes in bags and this is the way things are now :(

I made the mistake of ordering at the wrong location on the app and came here first. The lady who saw me come in was rude. Rolled her eyes when I walked in and threw her hands up and walked to the back. Extremely rude. A nice gentleman helped me figure out my mistake. This is the usual location I come to but based on this interaction never again. But thank you to the nice man who helped me. I understand it was my mistake but kindness goes a long way
