I bought a $100 VISA debit card in Nov. 2022 at this Kroger location, and it has zero balance. The store would not refund, exchange, or correct balance. I called the number on the back of the card and the website, neither would resolve the issue. I'm out $100 and a useless card. I still have the receipt and activation receipt. Any suggestions where to take this issue next?

I buy flowers from Kroger's all the time. weekly... without fail. I ordered them through curbside pickup for the second time ..a dozen roses have failed both times to be a dozen roses. You'd think I'd learn from the first time. Kroger's ..even if you no longer operate by standards...your customers still do. I'll find another place to buy flowers. Keep driving back to the store for corrections is now officially not worth the effort...expensive gas vs petty corrections...that mount.

You need to have more lanes open when you're busy. standing in line for a lane with an attendant for 30 mins because you refuse to be a slave is absolutely ignorant and unacceptable. Specially when those people are older and have health issues.
Horrible business motto, to save money by making your customers serve themselves so that you can not have so many people on payroll yet still not trickle down the money saved to your employees or your customers. Pathetic..
