Prices are great, portions are bigger then what you pay for, the staff is always friendly, just a great place for the city of Springfield
I am 54 currently but in my 20’s, when I lived in an apartment on E. High, I would drive through Lee Ann’s quite often and Lee Ann would literally serve me her amazing peanut butter shake. The other treats were awesome too. What I remember is Lee Ann’s kindness every single time. She recognized me and I always looked forward to that interaction in the drive-thru. Now, at age 54, I just placed an order through DoorDash for lunch, ordering the peanut butter shake and some other favorites. I can’t wait to taste these delights again after so many years. Lots of nostalgia. I’m so happy to see the business still thriving!
Had lunch at Lee Ann’s today it was exceptional I had the goulash and coney dog and a milkshake all for 18.00 dollars service was top notch and very friendly as well ask for Randi she is the best 🙏
I just recently learned of this little place tucked away on high st, let me tell you the food is amazing! I come every Monday and Friday for the special! I work outside so getting some nice warm filling food is truly the high point of my day in the winter lol thank you guys for being so wondering and making delicious food!
Literally the best soft serve I’ve ever had. Naturally it blows DQ out of the water. They have chocolate dipped cones like DQ does as well if you prefer that. They have plenty of choices for scooped ice cream but I never even bother because their plain vanilla is just spectacular. Consider that that’s probably the base ice cream that they use for all their milkshakes and you can imagine how delicious all of those are too. When we’re in the mood for those, we always get the classic chocolate milkshake, or caramel, or my personal favorite, butterscotch. Their chicken wings are delicious, no matter what sauce they’re tossed in. The deep fried mushrooms, fried broccoli, and other fried veggies are excellent. People here are also super nice and considerate of how long you have to wait when they’re busy, and they actually began recognizing me just from fairly infrequent visits (think every 2 weeks or so) so they really care about their customers and want to make sure they get their preferences right! They work their butts off so make sure you tip them something when you get to the window! I feel terrible whenever I’m a little too broke to tip anything, but their prices are still so affordable even with inflation going up and up that I can afford to have a nice treat and still can usually give a tip.

This was a great little spot with wonderful ice cream! We were on the final leg of a 3 day road trip and this was a great way to stretch our legs! We took it to go so that we could sit with The Madonna of the Trail a few blocks away!
Terrible and dead flies all over the counter. Between 50 and 100 dead flies. I would hate to know what their inside cook area looks like
