I was just there and the man who was doing drive thru had a very rude attitude and was being difficult. I recommend to anyone, take your business elsewhere. I know for a fact that the rude man was the GM and had absolutely no reason to have an attitude with me and my family. And our order was messed up.

Best livers I've ever had fast and delicious with a big smile and warm welcome from everyone inside well worth the trip from anywhere to get the best chicken your going to get this side of the planet .. always amazing

Sadly, this place isn't good anymore. Went from eating there weekly to waited a month because of long waits & old food and wasn't happy with my family's order tonight. Chicken so old we couldn't chew it, long wait & your new gravy is disgusting! I'll never be back

Potato wedges soggy no breading fish was not hot an crispy no livers ordered before 7pm don't close till,9pm! Paid almost 40$ for what unacceptable food baked beans was the best out of the whole meal!

The lady working the drive thru is a very nice polite lady, I live in columbus but stop by occasionally when Im in springfield. I will definitely be back!

Im not gonna lie I had average to low expectations. Never heard of them. I got a spicy chicken sandwhich combo. The chicken came out of the bun on each side. It felt like a chicken sandwhich from when I was young. Not round, real chicken breasts... throughly impressed. I don't normally review fast food. But I'd come back.
