Very slow with no customers wait over 15min after ordering very sad

Placed an online order in the parking lot. It said the order would be ready in 25 minutes. So we waited. Go in the store 30 minutes later and they haven’t even started the order. Then ask “do you want to wait on it?” 🤦‍♀️ We have already paid and waited 30 minutes. OF COURSE we want the food we have already paid for! What is the point of ordering and paying ahead if you don’t start the order?! Do better! One hour for a fast food restaurant and it was only an 8 piece meal!!

After coming here faithfully for years, I'm finally done. Completely forget my sauce and then bark at me that they're 50 cents a piece like it's coming out of your pocket? They ALWAYS forget your sauce, NEVER give you honey and butter, and if you ask for Spicy chicken you will get famous recipe that's been sitting on the warmer all day.... I'm done.

I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. They gave me some what looked like popcorn chicken and tried to pass it off his jumbo dippers. When you touch them and try to bite into them there's literally no chicken it's all breading. I go back and they make it seem like it's a big deal because I want strips instead. They claim all their jumbo dippers are like that from this box. How about open another box! Terrible service, The manager is trying to act ghetto like that's impressing someone. How about act professional at work. Never going back again. I guess KFC is my new chicken place.

I'm not quite sure how you can consistently run out of a lot of your menu with two hours to go before you close but this location does. All. The. Time. Go at your own risk.

I dont know where to begin. What started off as a “hey babe you hungry?” To “wow i didnt know lees had a throw it down the stairs special”. I mean how hard is it to just put all the parts of the order in the box and not be incredibly rude to the customers. Pretty sure the girl at the window was a racist. Like oh you forgot to put half my order in the bag my bad g my bad. Clearly my fault that YOU messed up. I cant really blame them tho they dont get paid enough to care and it shows. Not to mention that the manager on duty was also rude as all h. Like wheres the “my bad g we messed up” i didnt walk in there karen guns sliningin causing a problem. I just said hey i ordered this heres the recipt heres whay im missing. Maybe like do your job right so you dont have to be mad when you mess peoples order up. However the employee inside, she was nice you leave her outta this.

Honestly a waste of time money and energy. Horrible staff. Food was completely messed up and half the order was missing. Silver lining- the black girl at had pretty good hair.

Husband went inside to place carry-out order. 8 piece bucket of chicken was fine. The mashed potatoes were RUNNY...so nasty! Biscuits were hard as rocks...like day before biscuits. We couldn't eat last two items! I called and asked for Manager, it was a young girl. Said she couldn't do anything except for me to drive in there (20 min. away)! Potatoes were absolutely terrible! Will go to S. Limestone next time as we've heard they are much better? We were here on Home Rd a month ago and ate inside, food was perfect. What is going on? Not to mention the staff was rude including a Mgr named "Greg". They don't seem to care either. Will not be back.

This famous recipe is not like the other one on South limestone this chicken is disgusting. It has no flavor. No taste no seasoning yuck

One of our favorite fried chicken establishments! We don't have a location in Wyoming, so we go to Lee's when we're in Ohio. Great food, great service every time.This visit had an added bonus. We hung out in the parking lot after eating, and experienced the total solar eclipse that day. It doesn't get any better than that!
