I didn't even get a chance to order food. There were three people in the back busy with other orders, which one would expect, except I was ignored. Other people were waiting on their orders, and I waited for over 15 minutes to just be acknowledged and got nothing. Not a hello, or "I'll be with you in a sec"... Nothing. It's happened to me 3 times now. It's not worth the effort to go back...

The food at this location always comes out smelling like burnt cardboard, along with the staff never having hot and readys made, especially after 3 o'clock. The 10 to 15 minute line takes more like a half hour to 45 minutes. They are also known to be always out of beverages for delivery orders.
The last two times I have ordered. The food was terrible. I will never again order from there. I tried to call twice and was on hold forever then got disconnected. I will be calling corporate. I tipped and it was pointless.

Thee reason why this place ranks so low on Atmosphere is bc there is NO room whatsoever in the building. They are one of thee best pizza joints around an they know they are, yet they do NOT expand their size. Good quality pizza, ppl are amazing but they fall behind bc there's just no space to keep up with the demand of customers.

The hot and ready pizza was dry and had been sitting for so long that the pizza sauce had completely dried up and it was a extremely dry the only thing that saved the meal was the soft warm bread sticks
Horrible. Never have any hot and ready available. Always 15 minutes or more. Never open at 11 Employees don't wear gloves making pizzas and last big order we had they left the paper in the pizza. What a disaster
Stopped in Nov. 2 at 5pm. Asked for a cheese hot and ready pizza. The guy behind the counter said they didn't have any. I had to ask how long would one take because he never said. He yelled to the back. A woman said 30 minutes!! He even made a face like, wow! I left. Thats ridiculous. Why does it take so long? Why didn't they have any prepared on a Saturday evening? The owner is losing business because of this.

They opened later than noon. But they got my call in order in record time.
Always good pizza and bread sticks. But every time I entered the store in the last year, i would say there's always a 20 30-minute wait on your food.Never hot and ready anymore.
