Came in for a Hot n Ready and they didn’t have any. So I placed an order for a large pepperoni and 2 Crazy Puffs and was told 10 minutes. I waited 30 mins and they told me it was in progress then after 40 mins I asked again and was told that my pizza had been ready but they forgot to put in the Crazy Puffs. They said another 7 minutes for the Puffs. So after being told 10 minutes, I’ve been here 50 minutes now and still don’t have my food. I would cancel but I’ve already waited this long might as well just finish it. They had a Lobby full of people with same problem. The worst Little Caesars experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to the one guy who put my Puffs in and made sure I finally got my order. He seemed like the only one with sense. 😡

DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH OR DELIVERY FROM HERE you have been warned when we got the pizza it was slid all the way to the side of each box and looked like the driver had been drag racing while coming to our home so my wife went back and got them to remake it and had to wait in a very hostile environment while two ladies argued it out over trying to get a order completed and getting a free 2 liter DO BETTER SPRINGFIELD this would have got a zero star but it won’t let me got that far down we will not be back what a joke
Food is cheap and fine. Often very slow on Friday nights. Expect to wait 45+ minutes. I'd recommend ordering on the app.

It's been many years sense I've tasted little Caesars pizza be so great, all I can say is the team they have now has improved tastey pizzas like it was when they first opened. All I can say that needed improvement was a little more pizza sauce on the pizza. It was awesome. Great team work, to you all. I will buy again now that there improvements have been great work. The woman cutting the pizzas is chewing gum with her mouth open. How gross. I would hate to be the person eating the pizza she just cut. All that spit flying on your pizza

Their location is under new management. Now it's cleaner, faster and more friendly. Much better!
These clowns sold us a pizza that had been sitting in the warmer for years. The thing was hard as a rock . I had just took my kids to reid park . I figured it would save me time picking up a pizza. The pizza was burnt and so hard that a 60lb pitbull had trouble eatting it . Ended up going back out for more fast food. Never will I use Grub St again ill drive main st . At least i know ill get decent food
