I'm a door dash deliverer and the orders are never ready, people stand around not doing anything but gripping, no one cares to check why people are in the small lobby, workers are rude, soda is not stocked, no carry out pizzas ready...I've been here 3x

Consistently slow. It's one thing when it's busy, but it's frustrating walking into an empty store and still having a 20 minute wait as a driver. I strongly suggest people use the Main St location instead, which is consistently faster and better run.

Only two locations in springfield and the only thing i cant complain about is the prices . i wouldnt even give a star but i had to in order to leave my comment. The last 3 times i have ordered food have been terrible the first time they didnt give me the right pizza and it was hard like it sat there forever and i had ordered over the phone and was there at the time they said . The second time i ordered at 8 and they said my pizza would be ready at 9 i came in and she told me she hadnt even put it in the oven it be another 30 mins.. the third time i ordered i showed up to get my pizza and they said they never had that order to check the location . I called both stores and noone had my order at all.. both e main and grube have had horrible service and its upsetting because they used to be very well managed..

Ordered pizza at 7 pm through a computer generated ordering program. We received a notification that the order had been received. Whalen I arrived to pickup the order, they in formed that they not record of our order.

It's Little Caesars so not much is expected but a little attentiveness would be appreciated.
Ordered food for three people at 8pm to be delivered at 8:50pm. 9:30PM comes and no food, no calls, etc. I tried calling the store multiple times for over 45 minutes. Then, the order gets canceled at 9:45PM by the store itself..... I still have yet to talk to an actual person on why they waited almost two hours before canceling my order. Ill never order from Little Caesers ever again, especially this trashy location.

Ordered pizza here for delivery around 6pm didn't receive my order till 9pm. Talked with driver who explained he had been waiting a hour + to pick up because little ceasars was having all kinds of problems. After 3 hours I received my order of cold hard nasty pizza one had slid and was smashed i have reached out to little ceasars 4 times with no response. Not good business at all.
