Now that all the McDonalds have the order kiosks, it is ridiculous to try and get anyone to help. There were several very dirty tables, no napkins, no ketchup, and no one to help. The food was hot and fresh.

Every single car in the drive thru was asked to pull into the wait space I ordered a Diet Coke and a breakfast sandwich. I went in to check on it told to go back and wait some more.

It took forever to get through the line. I used the app to place my order and I literally sat in line for over 10 minutes waiting to get my meal.

The rudest people … i order 2 bag meals with 2 McDoubles and nuggets and fries 2 ice coffee mocha drinks and one McDouble with mac sauce and a fry … tell why when i check my bag there was only 2 McDoubles in bag and not 3 so i went back there and showed them and they act like i was lying.. they were so rude act like they wanted to attack ‘e i felt threaten … but ignore her and told can i get my missing McDouble so she gave the sandwich rudely like try to shove at me …but i didn't let her touch me and she threw it on the counter…. Girl act like she so angry for what?? But my fries taste like chemical and so did the coffee … i usually never have problem with them but this time they were very rude and the food was disgusting.. ahh so disappointed

I ordered food while I was at work and my coworker was kind enough to go pick it up for me because I was so busy I couldn't leave but the restaurant refused to give him the food even with my order code and refused to talk to me when I was trying to tell them he was allowed to pick up my food.
