Ordering thru the app works very well at this location. Food served hot and ready when you get there. Friendly service. Areas is a little rough so drive in only for us here.

Literally just sat in park in this drive-thru for almost 20 minutes watch several cars pull off just for the very next car that pulled up to be helped just drive through always takes an extensive amount of time it's not a place you go if you are crunch for time at all at any point in time in the day not sure what's going on but since they've been remodeled it has been terrible but once you do get your food it's not bad

I don't understand. How do you take all this time to remodel the only McDonald's in Springfield. And didn't remodel the frappe machine. Just seems a little silly . To upgrade the building and not upgrade your frappe machines

What is the deal with bathroom doors you have to get some to unlock the door for the bathroom the way the set the place you can't even see your food being made

I went to place an order online and it showed nuggets unavailable. I called the store to see if it was a fluke on the app or if the store was actually out of nuggets before heading that way. When I called 937-325-1052, a lady answered the phone laughing and said Taco Bell E Main. I thought perhaps google was wrong so I apologized that I called the wrong number and hung up. I then got the number off the app and realized it was the right number so I called back. She answered the phone saying Rally’s on E Main and laughing said she was the manager and started cussing then hung up on me. So ignorant.

Went thru drive thru 5am .. The lady asked for my order in a polite way unlike the evening crew does at this location…Sarah is an excellent employee. She’s very pleasant and always has a smile..

Parking: On the one side of building there’s only 5 parking spots and 3 are handicap. So I go thru drive thru . If you do park the line to drive thru gets backed up and yii out u get blocked in

Got off work came here at 2:30 am . One car ahead of me. Waited 20 mins in drove thru still no one responded.. this place is extremely slow.. 3 cars beside me at other speaker couldn't get service so they left. This place is the pitts

"I did doordash early in the morning" before the dinner menu ended and I payed for everything the dasher went to pick up my order i waited and waited for 40 minutes and she called to inform me some rude female worker tried to hand them a breakfast order when she tried to correctly inform them it was not the right order and said it was supposed to be burgers not breakfast sandwhich they told her they didn't have my food and stormed off back inside, so I would not recommend this place I felt bad for my dasher McDonald's learn how to treat your customers!

Most disgusting bathroom I had ever been. Could not trust odering anything if this is the conditions they keep their bathroom how could you trust they are cleaning anything in the kitchen.

I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. I didn't get a straw, part of my order was missing and I found a hair in my food. And the poor girl at the window was frustrated. She was amazing even with the horrible way things were going.

Something happens to this place as soon as it 7PM, once it gets dark outside, this location loses it's coordination, it's common sense, and it's ability to even push out simple meals, several times, I've sat in the drive thru for an hour, without being acknowledged by the screen/order taker, after calling the number the person who answered the phone said they only do doordash pickup orders after a certain time, and we never got served. Thinking it was a one time problem perhaps and deciding to try again a month or so later, we placed an order for curbside, and marked as "here" in the app, 30 or so minutes go by after we get a notification that the food is ready, we never receive the food, so I call again, and explain I made a curbside order and I haven't gotten any updates even though the app says it's ready, about 20 more minutes the food comes out.
The nighttime manager is not doing a very good job at "Managing" anything, there's no communication, no updates, the customer never knows whats going on, just sitting in silence waiting at the screen in a line they can't get out off.

The drive thru here always takes forever because the employees are slow. The food takes forever too. Employees are standing around on their phones, and also there was literally a jacket sitting on top of the happy meal boxes. So unsanitary. One time I came here and we were stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes because the employees are slow and also extremely rude. They rush you when ordering and get annoyed when you don't finish up within 30 seconds. Worst location in Springfield. Don't come here. Go to Wendy's instead.

Parking: The parking lot is awkward. It's hard to find parking spots when busy and the whole thing is just awkward in general, but not really the fault of the restaurant, just how their location was positioned
