Just passing through; ordered two iced carmel macchiatos for a mid trip pick-me-up. Ordered curbside through the app. It was a bit of a wait, but the employee who brought them out was very courteous and the coffees were great.

I just sat in the drive thro for 20 minutes and when I finally said something after two cars jumped in the opposite lane and went right thru I said something like “ yo you there” and yeah ur cashier started raising her voice to me saying she doesn’t have enough staff while I sat there watching two other cars reverse and go to the next lane and get pushed through. The establishment is run by ghetto superstars that don’t run on customers timing they run in there’s.

Ordered food go to pay and the woman in the 1st window took my payment I asked for a receipt she said I don't have one......I was stunned, pulled to next window to get my food I said is everything in there she said yep I was okay ya know shit happens so I tried to be positive, I be damn if I get home snd im missing my pies....

The service is this McDonald is probably one of the worst I’ve experienced. I decided to get in and used the order screen. There was no one at the counter. I got no receipt for my order. I waited and waited and…waited! People around me were getting very unhappy but no one was “officially”complaining.
I decided to approach the counter and peaked at the kitchen. There seem to be enough people in that kitchen and it looked like the drive thru was getting some attention. I finally said something out loud so someone would hear me. The employees inside gave me a dirty look but no one even approached the customers inside to apologize. It took nearly 25 mins to get 2 Qtr pounds and a coffee. On a last note… the burgers were dry!!!

I'm delivering door dash late at night and literally sat in this McD's drive through for 45 minutes. I should have dropped the order but it was the last one of the night. What a fiasco.

I hate to say this but this place set a new record as my worst personal experience at restaurant ever! We used the kiosk to enter 3 orders for our group 9 people. We received two orders after roughly a half hour. The third order didn’t print the receipt correctly. It was unreadable and seemed that the printer was out of ink or something. This is the order that apparently ended up getting deleted somehow. We ended up waiting and waiting. We did get a chance to talk to a manager but we were not able to make any progress. After waiting for an hr after arrival we walked out without our food and finished up at a competitor. Oct 10, 2024. The transaction was for $20.28 around 8 pm

I wish I could give half a star. I stopped here on a long drive home from Missouri to the east coast. Their hours state 5am, I pulled up at 5 and waited a few minutes before approaching the door. I stood there, an employee walked past and didn’t say anything. When he walked past me again he stated that they weren’t open yet, I asked when they would open he said he’d go ask and he never came back. Typically I don’t mind the drive thru, but I’m almost 20 weeks pregnant and wanted to kill two birds with one stone. This was a very frustrating and annoying experience.
