Worst McDonalds ever!! Nasty bathroom. No one to take our order at the counter. Kiosk was the most confusing one I have ever used at any store EVER. TOOK 20 MIN to get 4 cookies and an iced tea which was watered down to water. Wasted another 10 min on the kiosk. Tea Probably had 2 drops of tea in it. We were on the road passing through and we lost 45 min at this stop for gas and Micky D's. Never again will I stop at mc d anywhere!!

All we ordered was 6 double cheeseburgers and had to wait about 10 minutes for them. Waiting that long our food should have been fresh. It was not. Our burgers were warm but not hot and tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. We won't be back to this location.

I don't typically give fast food more than 3 stars but in this case I did. This is because mornings are so hectic an employee name Max, a familiar face for years in an industry that has more turn arounds than a merry-go-round. It's a 20 second, Hey, Pay, Have a Nice Day, with a smile before I face the 45 minute commute on Rt. 70 to Columbus. At my age it's funny how we can get set in our ways, something we told our younger self we would never do, lol.

I arrived at this location at about 3:00am, advertising 24 hour service and was informed that they were not accepting orders until 6:30 am, that they were only accepting doordash orders. I tend went onto doordash and they had doordash disabled

This has to be the world’s slowest McDonalds. 10 minutes after ordering 4 sandwiches 2 fries and 3 drinks and we still do not have our order. Look on the screen for “In Progress” and after 5 minutes of being in that column, it disappeared and did not populate on “Now Serving”.
Not once has a crew member checked on us, the only 3 customers in the establishment as we wait rather impatiently now by the counter.
But hey, at least the bathrooms and dining area were clean
