The drive thru at this location is miserable. This establishment allows all the cars to come in and make two immediate lanes blocking in all other vehicles from leaving and if you follow the actual drive thru lane you get cut off and cussed out. There should be cones for the drive thru as other locations have since the patrons have no idea how your drive thru is meant to work. There is no reason people should have to drive over the curb to leave or get cussed out in your drive thru line. Absolutely ridiculous low class behavior. But I guess that’s the clientele that Mcdonalds attracts.

You guys are Trash. Not asking you to live your job but at least do it right. Orders cold shake is melted. Call hide in the back so no one can get to you. Or ask for help. I would consider a new line of work for real. Or maybe not be so lazy. If you hate your job then quit. If not do the job right. Yall dodge customers like neo does bullets. (Matrix) man personally wish I could tell you all off one by one. Listen to what dumb excuse you have for not doing your job. It would be better to shut this McDonald's down entirely. Then the food might actually be made right.

I mean really what’s the point when you look at the person and tell them oh did I forget your drink and you say Yep and then they’re like oh yeah and then I forgot your straw. Here’s a straw, but let’s still forget your drink and then walk way. Maybe if you had the first window open so that you can accept cash and the person at the next window, don’t have to do all of that because clearly they’re not able to do more then one thing at a time

The experience I had with the (so called manager) was the most horrible experience I have ever had. He was yelling and calling so many names it was just horrible, my 7yr old granddaughter was scared of the whole experience.

Waited in line at the 3rd window for 12 minutes as 15 cars got their orders. Had to go inside, they forgot they pulled me forward and then tried to say they were short staffed. If that was the case all the cars behind me would have been waiting. Drive past this McDonalds and go to the next one. I can tell this one is poorly managed.

This McDonald's just feels off to be in. From the only ordering at the kiosk, to the no filling station for drinks, to not hardly seeing any employees. Took 25 minutes for us to get our food but the amount of Doordash orders that whent out the door while we waited was crazy. Made us feel like just because we dined in it was a inconvenience to who worked there.
