I got a spicy chicken sandwich when I ordered a regular. I took it back to them and asked for it to be corrected and that it was supposed to have mayonnaise. Their idea of correcting it? load it with mayo and give it back to me. I know for a fact it was the same sandwich because I had pulled a piece off to let someone else taste it. I could smell it was spicy when I opened it. So, while the rest of my family got to eat, I did without.
Just ordered a ice cream cone. It was literally upside down in a cup. No explanation, no sorry, just handed it to my husband, said have a nice night and closed the window. Didn't even give me a spoon. I said, are you kidding me! But she had already closed window and was looking straight ahead, told my husband, let's just go, knowing, it wouldn't do any good to even fight it. These kids need fired, but they know they can get away with it.
A few weeks ago my father and I went to this location around 5pm on a Monday. We both order our sandwiches and his sandwiches were mad wrong. He ordered 2 McDoubles with no pickle and the sandwiches came with extra pickles. At the time they weren’t very busy so he went up to get them remade. The manager that night (black lady/don’t know her name) took the sandwiches and our receipt to have them remade. My father sat back down and 40 mins had past.
