I went through the drive thru to get 1 sandwich, 1 meal, and 1 happy meal. Not only did they not give me a receipt so I could let them know directly about the poor service, but it took 10 mins to get half my food, which was cold already. It the took another 25 minutes to get the happy meal. It was very clear they had sent me to the drive thru window up front and then forgotten they hadn't finished my order.

The N. Bechtle McDonald's is great now. For a long time, I avoided this one. I've been giving them another chance kately, and they are definitely most improved. They care now, and it shows.

The young girl who took our order (artificial red hair) was rude with zero personality! If you’re going to have people working the windows and taking orders, make sure they have a personality and are capable of dealing with the public, otherwise, keep them in the back where they don’t have to deal with people. On top of the rudeness, our order was incorrect as usual so we had to park and go in to get what they forgot to give us! No apologies, no nothing! It was full of teenagers & young people. I’m a medical professional in this community and will not be returning to this location. Get it together McDonalds! Do better & train your employees better. You need to take note of Chick Fil A!!

McDonald’s it’s time to start doing better since Trump is back in office. Let try not to scam people over anymore on French fries and give them a small order of fries and put them in a large fry box to justify charging them more. Could have at least made them hot too

We went to McDonald's and ordered a number 5 meal and a Happy Meal with six nuggets and fries. When we pulled up to the next window, we received our number 5, but the Happy Meal only had two small fries. Despite this mix-up, the food was delicious, and we ended up leaving with a full Happy Meal.

How do you forget time and time again to not include requested sauce for your nuggets. I mean how moronic do you gotta be to work here.

Horrible, horrible service at this location.
Went through the drive thru around 1:30-2pm 11/26/24. Order sandwich, fries and a pie. Paid and was asked to pull up behind car that was already waiting.
During the next 10 minutes they ask another 4 cars to pull over and wait for orders to be brought out. At no point does anyone come out and deliver food to the waiting cars. 3 cars behind us drive off without ordering.
I finally go inside to get a refund and have to shout for the manager because the 5 employees are ignoring the 2 people already waiting at the counter. Am told the wait was due to pies being in the oven. They finally gave me my order after I demanded a refund. Food was already cold. Car that had been waiting ahead of us was finally given their order after I went in and complained.
I don't like yelling at low wage workers because I 've been one myself but the service here was so substandard it needs to be called out. Ignore the fake glowing reviews and avoid this location at all costs. This wasn't the first time I'd had bad service here.

Almost every day I get my iced coffee at McDonalds. I never got the App because I didn't think it would be worth it. Yesterday, the drive-thru employee, Cara, said, "You need to get the App! Your coffee would only be a dollar." So I did. She was right! I've already saved $4.77. Thank you Cara.

This is my fave location of all McDs everywhere. Food is hot and fresh. They call me by my name when I use the app. It's so clean and the managers are engaged in their operation. As a food service manager myself, that's great to see!!
