We have had multiple issues with previous orders from here but usually they will have us bring the food back and remake everything that was wrong or cold. Tonight was different. My husband who is a type 1 diabetic picked up food for dinner. When he brought it home, the fries were old, his drink tasted like water, we were missing a fry and his snack wraps were cold and the chicken was rubbery. He called and spoke to a manager and she had him come back up there with the food and his drink. When he got there the manager never came out of her office and he was stuck dealing with a team leader. The team leader said he had talked to the manager and basically had him write our address down and said they would mail us out some coupons! Are you kidding me!! I will go to a different Mc Donald’s for food!!

Why is it I rather go to Hillcrest location closer to where I use to live, then this one that’s literally right down the street. If I pay for a large with light ice, please don’t hand me a drink that looks like someone took a big sip out of it. And when I’m sitting in line for all of 15 minutes, I shouldn’t have old food! This is like the third or fourth time, I give up on this location …seriously!

This place is going downhill. They need real management to correct whatever is happening inside. I waited 30 minutes in drive through. To finally get to my order for the young gentleman at the window being super unprofessional. Avoid this McDonald’s during daytime. I come by in early morning (5am) for coffee and I absolutely love the whole crew.
