Why is it I rather go to Hillcrest location closer to where I use to live, then this one that’s literally right down the street. If I pay for a large with light ice, please don’t hand me a drink that looks like someone took a big sip out of it. And when I’m sitting in line for all of 15 minutes, I shouldn’t have old food! This is like the third or fourth time, I give up on this location …seriously!

This place is going downhill. They need real management to correct whatever is happening inside. I waited 30 minutes in drive through. To finally get to my order for the young gentleman at the window being super unprofessional. Avoid this McDonald’s during daytime. I come by in early morning (5am) for coffee and I absolutely love the whole crew.

Rosalyn was very pleasant and explained the bundle deal to me my change dropped on the floor and she picked it up she was very sweet

The guy that works 3rd shift that has a nice calm voice... he's an excellent employee! Main street one you will sit in drive Thru for a half hour and get crappy service.
