Event space is NOT set up for accessibility needs. My daughter is in a wheelchair due to leg surgery. There was an elevator to get to the basement event space, however the room setup with food tables has a ~6 inch wood beam blocking the entire length of the entrance. We had to lift her over the beam several times as the party transitioned from one room to the next. Additionally, the "accessible" bathroom stall was not wide enough to fit a wheelchair. She had to grasp both sides of the stall bars and hop on her good leg to use the bathroom. I would definitely not recommend this space if you have any sort of accessibility needs or older adults with mobility issues. Unsafe!!

We went in for a beer and tacos. The taproom staff were nowhere to be found, so we ordered from chido's. We had not eaten there before, so we were looking at the menu. The lady at the registered seems bothered that we were taking a minute, and we were the only customers.

Good seats for all the activity that's going on in the CoHatch. Well lit, high ceilings, clean. Good exclusive draft beers on tap. You can leave their chairs, stools with your drink and explore the highlighted events happening anywhere in the CoHatch Spfld.

We always try to visit local breweries when we travel, so finding this made us happy. Lots of beers on tap, so it was difficult to choose (although they'll let you try a little taste). No flights, which was a little disappointing since we don't live here and can't easily come back to try more. However, what we did have was very good! They offer a wide variety of beers, so there is something for about every palate.We were there on a Saturday evening and into the night. Wasn't at all busy at first, which was awesome. Service was great the entire time. The picnic tables outside allow you to have your beer (and in a real glass, not plastic).

What a great use of a unique building in Springfield! There are plenty of places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner or just grab a drink at the bar or brewery booth. I think it's closed on Sunday which doesn't really make sense but I ended over here on three different occasions in the same weekend when I was visiting town for a wedding.

We were staying at the Marriott across the street and wandered over to see what COhatch was all about, since one is opening in downtown Indianapolis soon. This was described to us as a coworking/business-incubator space that was like a student union for adults. We visited a few times during our stay and enjoyed everything from waffles and burritos for breakfast, to sushi for lunch, and even after dinner draft beers. Wish we could have tried the salads, burgers, and pizza! We appreciated that they were open almost all day (8AM-12AM on Saturdays). Note that they are CLOSED Sunday which is kind of sad if you're wanting coffee or brunch. We appreciated that they were kid-friendly, as well. This makes a stay in Downtown Springfield legitimately appealing and it's a refreshing place to visit and mingle while supporting small businesses after this past year.

Try the food, refresh your palate with a delicious beverage, explore the space and feel great about Springfield.
