I asked for my steak to be well done and it came exactly that way. The loaded baked potato was loaded. Our food came in about 10-15 mins and the waiter was very friendly and helpful.

Worst food I’ve had in awhile. Came to Springfield for my sons football game and it was the least busiest restaurant, should have took that as a sign. Food was luke warm and the taste just wasn’t there.

Terrible, service so bad the manager didn't want to speak just told them to refund my cash based off what his employees explained to him about our experience. ( 4 strands of hair) i could understand 1. Simple hair nets while preparing food would make service much better.

I think after 5 years all chain restaurants need a total redo walls floors seating staff cooks. Because all of it was horrendous. On a Sunday afternoon. They should have spent Saturday night cleaning. For real. And hiring someone to actually cook. That's all cook and clean before you attempt to serve.

We met family there and the 10 of us sat around a big table. We ate and visited for over 2 hours. It was great. Service was perfect.

A bit chilly, so bring a jacket just in case. Food is amazing. My picky eaters even find something to eat (and they like it). The steaks are amazing -- I've never had to send mine back here; I almost always do anytime I order steak. My husband is a huge fan of their ribs.

Portions were small ( compared to most restaurants) but more than enough...so no left overs. Food was decent but not "OMG we must come back here". Typical restaurant food, server was attentive.
