Server was great. The salad was hittin' good that day. But the entree I ordered is always good. Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo is always great. But I prefer it with grilled chicken rather than breaded chicken.

We stopped into the Olive Garden in Springfield hoping for a classic, easy dinner. What we got was... confusing at best. They were out of so many menu items we each had to change our orders—twice. And then came the kicker: no broccoli. At Olive Garden. Really?

Our server was kind but clearly new and struggled to answer basic questions about ingredients and substitutions. We tried to pivot and order a bottle of prosecco (as listed on the menu), only to be told...

The service was amazing , and our waitress was polite, She kept our drinks and breadsticks full. The food was ready fast and accurate to our order. The facility was clean, including the restrooms.
