Food and service are excellent. The restaurant feels a bit outdated. My family eats here often, but we prefer carryout. Dining in doesn’t appeal to us much. Quality of the food is fantastic. I highly recommend the Italian sub.

Love this place as a whole. Always have until I had a few bad experiences with the manager on E Main. Very very rude and definitely not customer service material. Not personable in the least. So I started going back to Plum even though it was on the other side of town. I go to Plum St yesterday and low and behold she's there working. Was hoping for a different experience than the previous ones, well she didn't let us down..... Still as rude and unprofessional as before....

It's been awhile since I visited this place but it is a hidden gem. I mean the food was good. Not great. Well it would have been great. The problem I had was I ordered. I think it was called the traditional sub which is really good but they only put one piece of roast beef on it. I think it's supposed to be roast beef, ham and maybe turkey or something. Anyway. It had like literally one slice of roast beef on it. I don't know if they were running out or if that's...
