Everytime I go here I ask for fried rice not white rice and they mess my order up everytime I was told I could get a replacement wife came in today and did not get a replacement or a discount the lady at the register was very rude

No star if possible. I don’t recommend this restaurant. Ordered chicken fried rice and kung pao shrimp. Doesn’t taste good at all. Can’t really taste anything good actually. They cooked it fast which I thought that was pretty good service but then it was because they did not put effort into it. Stay away from this restaurant. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered two orders of pork fried rice and chicken wings from the lunch menu. It should’ve came out to $26 and they charged me 42. These people are robbing people and they need to give me back my money for that. This is outrageous. they need to have someone on the phone that knows how to speak English.

The food is always amazing and available which is great. Everyone has been to McDonald's and tried to get a flurry an it wasn't there. So if ya know, ya know. What makes this restaurant a 4.5 is the fact that they ALWAYS forget one of your veggies. The veggies you do get tho are ALWAYS soft n full of flavor. ENJOY

I am go to Panda with big hungry, but very much regret. Order curry chicken and wait with hope, but what come is not food, it is sad soup. Curry is like water with no spice, no taste, just chicken floating like lost boat. Chicken also no happy – dry and chewy like old shoe.
I think chef forget flavor and soul. I cry small tear for my stomach. Maybe good for people who hate flavor, but not for me. One star only because zero is not allow. Never again go to Panda unless I want tasteless memory.

The inside of the biscuits/donuts were raw dough. They didn’t cook them long enough. No one answers the phone when you call. Definitely check all your food before doing carry out

This is the best when it comes to Chinese restaurants. I live in Xenia. There's not much to say about the Chinese restaurants here in town. However, when we go to Springfield we always go to the Panda for Chinese food. Prices aren't bad. I would recommend the panda chicken, the fried rice, and the egg rolls. There's always plenty of food I usually get two meals out of one of their combo meals
