I came to the Springfield location on Friday October 25th I preordered through the app my phone alerted me my order was ready for pickup and I showed up 5 minutes after it was ready. The door was locked but an employee came to the door and asked if I was DoorDash. I said no but my order is ready. She said well if your not DoorDash you have to go to the drive thru. I said well there is like 8 cars in the drive thru and my food is ready you can’t just grab my food since it’s ready and already paid for. And she said no. So I waited in the drive thru for a refund because I did not want 25 minutes old food they could not give me a refund they had no manager on duty she had to go home to her baby. And the GM was at a wedding. And they gave me a customer service number to call and try and get a refund and that lady said her manager wasn’t in either. And that she would contact the store to make sure I didn’t take the food before she could check on a refund. I also submitted a complaint on the app and requested a response. No one has contacted me. This company is really unprofessional and sounds like they do not care. And apparently if your not DoorDash you don’t matter. I will be leaving a bbb complaint as well.

When we pulled up, they said it was going to take up to an hour for white rice to be cooked.. I get things happen but this is now the 3rd time we have came to this location and every single time they are out of white rice?

I was trying to explain to the worker that I wanted two different sides and orange chicken and she copped an attitude and said so a bowl verryyy rudely, and started throwing everything into the bowl. When that’s not what I wanted I didn’t want them thrown all together I wanted them seperate. But I wasn’t trying to argue so I just accepted the bowl. Overall the worker was rude from the start and the service was terrible.

Faith is literally the nicest person ever! She was very knowledgeable and made sure my experience was fantastic.
If she isn’t a manager, she definitely deserves to be one. You can tell, she cares about what she does, her customers and what goes on during her shift. I will for sure going back just because of her.

It was alright, but I wouldn't get anything but protein from here.
Rice was not seasoned and dry and the chow mein noodles were very dry as well. We dined in and all the tables were filthy as the staff stood outside and laughed. The manager stood and talked and laughed with 2 employees eating instead of cleaning the tables.

Yummy food, not as good as Centerville’s imo, however it is much closer and worth the money. I’ve seen a lot of reviews for this website complaining about portion size. I suggest going in to eat so you can verify your portions.

1st time, last time, orange chicken was good. Egg roll burnt, vegetable mix was raw and no flavor. But worst of all was the lo main. Nothing but dried up spaghetti, nothing in it and no flavor. Ramen noodles are way better than that stuff. Was not a bit impressed.
