I heard them talking bad about an older lady who asked her bread to not be toasted because she wouldn’t be bake to eat it they then toasted it and laughed at her when she couldn’t eat it. Then the last 3 times I’ve ordered pickup orders and ordered a pastry they didn’t put it in the bag. AND I added avocado to my sandwich and it was brown and gross.

A Monday at dinner time. No ciabatta on special. No tea. No clean tables or floors. What food they did have was ok but pricey for the amount imo. only 3 staff that I saw, and maybe 10 customers. Chicken or the egg? Are they not staffing it because they can’t get customers, or were there a few customers because they aren’t taking care of business there?

My experience was not the best. The food is incredibly overpriced. My sandwich had little chicken on it and my Mac and cheese and side of bread was cold. There was food all over the floor and many of the tables were dirty. In addition, I could not find an employee anywhere besides the one in the lobby.

Well this was a fun first time visit. Went in to order some to go for my wife and I. Waited for several minutes for someone to show up to take orders, which happens, no biggie. Order was taken after awhile, so myself and the other person ahead of me waited for the food to get done. After a few seconds two of the workers started arguing and yelling before one of them walked outside to get away. Honestly really sad to see the more I thought it over. Likely will not be back. The young lady with the cury red-hair was pretty professional though. She talked down one of the 2 arguing and still kept making food.

The woman who took my order was friendly but the other workers seemed not so much. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and a frontega sandwich. My go to meal. My soup was great but my baguette and sandwich not so much. My baguette tasted and felt like it was sitting out for hours. Hard to eat and nasty. Same with the bread on my sandwich. My chicken was cold and the whole sandwich tasted and felt like it wasn’t toasted. Also no basil on my sandwich. As a former Panera bread employee this was very disappointing.

My husband just door dashed from panera. Food was great but, unfortunately my Greek salad with chicken had a calamata olive with a pit in it. Chipped my perfectly beautiful front tooth. Thank God I see my dentist next month for cleaning. Will probably cost 600 bucks or more for repair. Check your olives...lesson learned. Kathy House, Springfield, Ohio.
Stopped for a sandwich while traveling. Staff could have been a lot friendlier. Not that I need a super warm welcome, but I felt like I was interrupting their down time or something, and I'm not sure they know how to smile. However, my sandwich was made quickly, neatly, and correctly, and tasted good. So they had enough care for their job for that at least.
The area this Panera is in is congested, but there is plenty of parking and it's near a traffic light which helps.

I generally try to get here every couple weeks. Breakfast is good. Love their salads! Staff is always friendly although I do think they are often asked to do to much by the management. Weekends they need to be better staffed. Poor management scheduling is the one negative.

The food I received wasn't too bad, I had the chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl and mac and cheese which were pretty tasty overall. However, I literally didn't receive two of the items I purchased when they had an hour before my pick up to have the items ready. The drinks were overfilled and had spilled onto the cup and lid. Overall, not a good experience and will not be going back. Check your bags before you leave if you place an order for pick up.

4 spoonfulls of noodles in a bowl of soup. Nothing but greasy brought with mushy noodles. That was my food, my son's food: they forgot the bacon on his mac&cheese, the baguette was dried out and hard on the inside. Pitiful food!!
The food tasted ok. But all of us have been sick within a few hours after eating it. I have never had that experience before.
