It’s cold out!!! You have to stand in the freezer cold while the “call center “ tells you 12 to 15 minutes. But when you finally have your turn to step to the window they tell you another 15 minutes and the call center doesn’t know how busy they are. Please get a person at your call center who can understand English so customers don’t have to call numerous times. I love papa John pizza but you’ve lost a customer

This store cannot get orders right. I have ordered pizzas here for three years (not from the area originally). For whatever reason, the details are overlooked. I’ve called the store manager and he has refunded me and assured me it will be”never happen again” and, surely, a week later the order is as bitched as it was the first time. E

This location is a joke, dealt with numerous screw ups for this location throughout the years, but I draw the line at ordering a pizza for delivery and then having it left in the rain, and when I called to complain, manager tried to say driver knocked( which they didn't was sitting next to door) bottom line being multiple other options I'd pick them this location,

Ordered food for my family and myself. Ordered a medium well done pizza, shaqaroni and some cheese sticks. Everything but the medium was fine. Supposed to be well done but it was doughy. I called and they were very apologetic and said they would put it in for a remake. An hour goes by and still no food. Called back and they said they would have to put the remake through DoorDash. I ordered from their app and not DoorDash. Been 1.5 hours and I’m still waiting on my pizza. Worst service ever.

Ordered a small original Works and it was cut in the craziest way: in quarters, then two opposite quarters were cut with a 1/16 slice on either side of a 1/8 slice. Eight pieces total, just it doesn't make sense why it was cut that way. Weirdest thing I've ever seen. Not sure if it was a joke or what...

My son, 12 years old went up to the carry out window to pick up our order and they told him he needed a parent to pick up the order…. How is a child not allowed to pick up something to eat??? I’m not understanding why you have to be 18 or have a parent pick up a pizza. If I could give no stars I definitely would!
There is only window to pick up food that they prop open with a wood stick and there no speaker or anything to her the workers they lean out or you have to lean down to hear them. If you need service ring the random door bell.Worst pick up experience ever and the were very rude.

Normally I like Papa John's pizza but I guess you don't get it late at night because it didn't have any sauce and very little cheese and it was supposed to be the cuppy pepperoni and there were hardly any pepperoni on it so I think I will just stick to getting it early

The manager of Lisa was very nice do that I'm having no drivers they use doordash the first time we received our orders someone had actually eaten out of the food I cannot make this up!! Family reordered never even got the food then on the third time, after emailing and speaking to Lisa we got our food but it was all wrong at least it was hot and fresh!!
