Ordered pizza 2.5 hours before I needed it to arrive they finished making it at the time I scheduled the delivery then sent it with door dash again they stopped at another location before my house and it finally arrived 45 minutes after the scheduled time cold this will be the last time I order from this location and maybe steer clear of the entire chain since this seems to be a recurring issue this is just the last straw.

Getting sick with my 2 year old was not what I was expecting for my birthday. So we decided we were having my birthday dinner regardless. I ordered a feast. Spinach pizza, stuffed crust pepperoni, wings, breadsticks and a brownie. Contactless delivery. Everything was perfect and tasted amazing.
Im writing this absolutely stuffed and happy. The food was great and my sick child was so excited for our feast. You guys put a smile on my sick baby and made my birthday still feel special. Thank you !!

After about a year or so of the rudest, non professional, bunch of dirty mouthed and dirty appearance. There were finally new people in there. They were nice, the order was ready when I was told it would be (never happened before, they always cheated the timer, they would make ready before it's even made on the make table). I hope it can stay this way, the other people were ridiculous to deal with and if I see them again, pizza hut will start seeing me again. (I'm talking about the one in Greenville, Ohio)

Nastiest pizza I’ve ever eaten. The pepperoni has no taste the cheese is terrible and the sauce is sweet, not a fan and the crust is like cardboard. The best part of the pizza is the garlic butter. Will never be back

Pizza is delivered burnt or cold almost without fail. Only good thing I can say is they give refunds.
While I appreciate that the order was ready even before the scheduled pickup time, the pizza was rather dry and could have benefited from some more sauce. Worst of all, the garlic sauce cup was turned upside down in the box and wasn't completely sealed, causing all of it to leak inside. This isn't the first time that this has happened on one of my orders from this location with a partially opened sauce cup, which is not acceptable. Your staff need to pay better attention to details like this.
