I love their fries, but the wife said her sandwich was not too good. They did offer to remake it! The rear of the store was closed off, and some of the seating in the front is no longer there.
Love this place. It’s quick and easy to find parking. It’s not a 5 star restaurant but if you’re looking for a good solid lunch this is the place. The sweet tea is real brewed sweet tea!
Food was, as usual, very good for this location.
Always friendly people
My wife and I eat here often. It’s a favorite of ours. The food is always good and fresh. The employees are always kind and helpful. Occasionally the tables will need cleaned off before we can sit down and eat, but this time all the tables were clean.
Great service
Great service and food was so good
The sandwiches here are subpar, and smaller than expected based on similar sandwich stores. The flavor of my Italian sun was not as good as other sub shops. My partner ordered a meatball sub and was similarly disappointed
Ordered my food at 5:50 and took my lunch break, they said it would be done in 15 minutes. Got there at 6, and waited for 30 minutes after asking twice about my order, just to be handed it after one of the workers noticed me standing there after 3 different people who came in after me and ordered got their food first, made me late for work because they are all standing around.
I’ve been coming here since the age of 10. My order has never been messed up and the one time it is I returned with my sandwich.
I ordered a pizza sub with light pizza sauce because typically they put way too much pizza sauce on their subs. I get the sub and the first but I take has none at all and I open it and see there isn’t a drop of sauce on it. I go and let them know and the woman who took the order offers to remake it.
The manager then walks it back to us at the drive through window and says “This is what you ordered” and hands it back. Completely rude. The sandwich didn’t even need remade they could have just actually put sauce on it and I’d have been happy. Terrible management that up until now had never acted this way.
I believe his name was “Adam.” I will continue my business but I doubt I’ll ever return to this location. If he had opened the sandwich at all he’d have seen it was not the sandwich I ordered due to the lack of pizza sauce.

Outstanding service and the Italian sub was and always is da best. 👍👍👍
Good food. Friendly staff.
No issues with this visit. Our food was prepared as ordered.
Terrible! 7 employees standing around… watched my sandwich sit on the counter for over 7 minutes (I figured it was mine) while they all walked around. Finally brought sandwich to me (yep, it was mine) and the bread was soggy, wet and falling apart. Cheese wasn’t even melted anymore. Clearly this location has some training issues to work out.
We have gone to N Bechtle Ave 2 times now, love the food it's extremely good. Tonight they messed up order again. So will not be going back to N Bechtle Ave again last 2 times person taking orders at counter could not operate nor get order correct. Great food but if you can't get what you ordered what's the point. Sorry you lost us as customers. Hopefully the one on East side will get it right.
