This was a disappointing experience. I’ve had penn station in Hilliard and on Bechtel and it’s good.
I ordered from this location so I could stop in the way home from Columbus. But when I got home. None of the grilled subs were grilled. They were all cold.
The bread was off and didn’t taste like a good own station bread.
Most of my family couldn’t even finish their food.

My boyfriend and I have been eating here weekly for almost 2 years now. So much so that the employees have our order memorized. We would have the occasional instance of them forgetting cookies on our to - go order which was annoying but the subs were so good we didn’t mind. Today when we went in for lunch we didn’t even order before walking out. While waiting in line we watched crew members assembling food with their bare hands. Touching the breads, meats, and separating cheeses. It was devastating to see as this is our go -to spot and I’m not sure I can eat here after seeing this…..

One of the best places to deliver for! Always fast and friendly. I'm a Doordash driver and was waiting in the area for an order hoping to get one from here because of how consistently easy and pleasant they are to work with, and ended up with an order from here almost right as it was placed. Very friendly staff! Clean dining area. Sandwiches are made to order. We ordered hot sandwiches and staff prepared everything, fresh. Fries are very good, reminded me of fair fries. Had my chicken cordon blue sandwich as a wrap and it was very tasty. Their reg sandwich w small fry and drink is a good bargain. We will go back soon. Highly recommend!
