I called the order in cuz I tried to order on their app and my address was an old address so I got in the app and changed my address to my current and then the app was screwed up so I called the store itself and the guy put the wrong address in so it took me nearly 2 hours to get my food when I was told it would be 45 minutes or so so beyond that if they would have just made sure the spelling of my address was right I would have been happy but they wrote down Grand g r a n d instead of Grant g r a n t and so I had to call back about an hour and 15 minutes after my food wasn't here and he said they delivered it to the wrong address and they would get it right out it was another 35 minutes or so food was good like always I always go to the one on East main and they are always been really nice there I just a little upset I should have got you know some sort of little discount just cuz I had to wait so long and it was their mistake not mine this time. I prefer the New York style pizza I always do Hawaiian style ham and pineapples with a sweet marinara that's my go-to. And I'm just surprised how I got done this time cuz usually it's always right never ever a problem I always get a driver a nice tip and they're always very friendlyVegetarian options: No comment they do have options you can get it and I'll bet you lovers Pizza which I've gotten before and it's very good.

Last time we ordered the nacho fries they didn't give us the 2 cups of nacho cheese that's suppose to be included and I called and they had a delivery driver bring me 2 cups of cheese and we tipped him a buck or 2 even when he didn't expect anything since we had picked up the order. Anyways today another pick up my fiance picked up both times she should be making sure this is included since the store is failing to do control checks properly, once again no nacho cheese for the nacho cheese fries. Not bothering to call them this time and I would recommend everyone not order from this place anymore, they have had their chances and it's safe to say they failed...

They messed up my pizza and refused to give me a replacement pizza that was made correctly. I called and an employee "tried calling the district manager" and then took my phone number "so the manager could call as soon as they got there". No one ever called. I guess I will just stick with Donatos.
I just wanted to give a shout out to East Main Street, Springfield Ohio, for doing a great job with my last order! It was correct, fresh & delicious as expected. Plus the staff were attentive, quick, professional and friendly. Thank you! ??

This place is litterally a joke. The worst pizza hut I've ever been in. The employees are rude and nasty and litterally ignore customers. You could order your pizza an hour ahead and it still won't be ready when you get there, and don't expect them to care. And you BETTER check that pizza before you leave or you'll be at home with toppings you didn't want and nothing you did. Just do yourself a favor and eat a different pizza place or go to Derr road.
The Cajun fries are soooo good. So crispy and flavorful. The stuffed crust pizza was also super good.
