The lady with shoulder length hair with white in it is not a good representative of pizza hut. She was working 5.18.25 when I came in for my order and she came off as dismissive in telling me my order was not ready. This is not the first time either. I have no issues with the other staff however she's always In a I hate my job mood. Guess jaded she opens solo or something.

This is a tiny location, not really meant for dine-in as it only has a couple of awkwardly placed tables. But for carry-out it was great. The lady taking my order was pretty friendly, which I did not expect with the general vibe. When I went back in to get it, the guy again was friendly. Pizza was cooked perfectly, and was good. I'd recommend based on just this one experience.

Tried the new Taverns Pizza at Pizza Hut on Becthel Ave, as you can see I had to use a spatula to scrape the slices. No liner whatsoever, plus cardboard particles on each square. Such a disappointment ?

It'll be nice next time if the workers want to complain about there job / schedule they do it when there's no customers around . The one lady kept complaining about how she shouldn't be working ten hour days since she just got out of the hospital . Like I feel that things like that Should be talk about at another time not while I'm standing there waiting for my order . And what really cracks me up is that they got that there hiring like if someone came in there looking for work they would probably change their minds cause there hearing the workers already complaining about the place
I called to order. Was sent to 1800 # waited a couple minutes on hold no biggie. Order was delivered via doordash I paid by credit card and driver wouldn't leave my order saying I owed cash. Tried calling back for proof I paid by card and currently been on hold for 29 minutes. A lady answered said please hold for management I said I've already been on hold for 15 minutes she was nice said sorry. But damn it's now 8:00 and either want my food or my money. Just answer the phone.

Worst experience EVER at this location. Pizza was smaller than usual and it was verging on the cold side. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Not worth the waste of money.
