Personal pizza needs a lot of work... Blan taste and not done. Too much dough for the small of pizza hardly any sauce and like 8 pepperonis.

Make sure that you check your pizza before leaving here. I order a large with chicken bacon onions mushrooms and tomatos and it only had chicken on it. I complained on the internet and they said somebody would call me and nobody has. So I guess it is just another case of them not caring. I live over 30 minutes away so I was not going back the same day to get another pizza.

I LOVE THIS PIZZA HUT!!! This pizza hut is probably the best in AMERICA! LEVI and ADDY are AMAZING they always brighten my day!! The food is always correct and the service is always the BEST!

Momma V who took care of our group in the dining room was amazing however upon arrival of our group of DD individuals and staff a total of 29 to this location we were greeted with over hearing kitchen staff say "why didn't they just go to Urbana location " my supervisor questioned the manager about the comment and met with a completely cavalier attitude as if we didn't matter. When asked for his name the manager refused so we will definitely be taking this up with corporate or whoever owns this franchise. Its sad that this gentleman refused to be professional on any level and treated paying customers in this way.
The staff at this Pizza Hut are awesome! Momma V took our order and as always was very entertaining and friendly. When she brought our order out, she informed us that the back staff had messed up part of the order and that she was sorry but they were remaking the order immediately! The manager AND the pizza maker also came out and apologized as well. Such a wonderful crew and was an unexpected surprise to see acknowledgement of error and remedy even without customer complaint. The restaurant is clean including the restroom facilities. I would HIGHLY recommend for family atmosphere. Thanks Pizza Hut and Momma V!

Great job pizza hut! When going in for my order the manager did a great job of creating small talk with me while getting my pizza. The pizza was very fresh and done quickly, the store was clean and was a great experience. Good Job :)
