Very welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh and service fast. Thank you 😊 I apologize to the lady brewing me my food. I didn’t see her walking up to my car. I yelled, she jumped lol I feel awful. Thank you for not being annoyed!

We're told to wait 10 minutes while they make more sandwiches and that they would bring them to the car. Twenty minutes later, my husband had to go inside to pick them up.

I got a spicy chicken wrap. The chicken was so hard and wasn't much in there. I had to tear off most of the tortilla to even see what was in the wrap. It was the worst. Will not get another one at this location.

Took my kids to eat here. Experience was very pleasant, great people working they made me feel like we were old friend instead of customers. Would recommend to family and friends

I ordered door dash sandwich and tenders. Everything was good and they even put ketchup with my fries which I was thankful for because I am out of my bottle I usually have :) 10/10

Great place to grab dinner in a hurry. Seasoned just rite. Sides tasty with a southern twist. Great staff welcoming you as a customer.

The one on South Limestone in Springfield Ohio seems to be the best of the bunch.

Horrible, stood there for 15 minutes and didn't even get waited on. Some person ordered 4 different times using his app in front of the line, ridiculous. The employees didn't acknowledge anyone in line until they said they were out of food and closing the lobby at 9.

This location Springfield, OH has the rudest employees. I went at lunch time and the chicken was old and dry. I asked for fresh fries, nope. I checked out my order before I left and it was wrong. The young lady took the food back, and did not through it away she put it back with the other chicken. Disgusting, how she didn't know I didn't split on the chicken before giving it back. She had the worst attitude, rolled her eyes and was mad at me because she got my order wrong. They need to get someone with authority in there who can handle ghetto mouthed, rude workers.
