Just ordered a 50 dollar door dash order 2 simple meals 6 peace tender meal and a sandwich meal with extra toast and large dr pep and lemonade no ice they sent a kids size 3 peace tender meal and the dr pep forgot 90% of my order im beyond pissed I work for my hard earned money haven’t eaten all day then to wait over a hour for this all for them to say it’s door dash fault and my refund will not be back on right away shits sad asf

The line always moves fast but their food this time was not good and it's very expensive I spent like $40 for myself and my daughter and the chicken was dry and the fries were cold no one would answer the phone to correct this situation

Last Tuesday night, my sister and I went through the drive through around 9:30-9:45 pm. We had spent a long day at the hospital with our father and just wanted to get a quick bite and head home. We each ordered the 3 piece combo. We waited to place our order (no other cars waiting to order) and then waited to get our food (2 cars in front of us). Total time in drive through was 15-20 minutes. Once we were at the window to receive our food, the young ladies cared more about chit chatting to each other. Our drinks were handed to us then one bag which only had one order in it. My sister said we have 2 orders where is the other one. The girl argued with her and my sister said we paid over $18 for 2 combos. So we waited again for the missing order. My sister asked if we could have 2 extra Cane sauce cups and she was told they are 39 cents a piece. She told her to forget it and we left. Great customer service would have taken into consideration how long we waited without a packed drive through and the missing order and gave us 2 cups. Seriously, Raising Canes you could afford to hand out 78 cents of free food to make up for the poor service received. Our families love to eat at Canes, but it will never be at this location again.
