It's sad make the second time I've went threw and got absolutely trash frys tasted horrible and the sandwich had a spoiled taste to it id be ashamed to be the owner of this location

Just a simple idea if you guys are no longer going to serve some thing at least have all of your shifts not serve it cause it’s odd when they’re around 5:30 you guys no longer serve milkshakes but then if I go around 11:12 PM, you guys magically do. After them saying they no longer carry milkshakes.

Horrible wait time in drive thru. 20 mins is ridiculous when only 3 cars in front of you. Please stop reducing staff with your AI system because they are still needed to prepare and serve the food.

Absolutely the worst experience ever employees are rude and all 3 laughed at me due to me having hearing problems and then going to talk to me like I’m dumb. None of them wore hair nets . I don’t think I will be going back ever.
I went there on a Saturday night about 1252 am. That's 8 minutes before they closed. The robot voice took my order and tried to sell me the whole menu. I ordered a bacon burger and fries. Rallys has the best fries. I went home and enjoyed exactly what I ordered. I'm glad this year's almost over. I saw the same message in the clouds. Sleep with an electrician day is 364 days a year. Except leap year, it's 365. Tell me the day. You can't go wrong. Our only day off is Labor Day. I'll be doing the parade wave. That is it.

I was a little early as they were not quite ready to open. Manager took my order and said if I could wait just a minute they would make my order. This made my day.
The chicken poppers were most definitely microwaved. Not crispy at all.
The only thing that tasted halfway decent were the fries.

I went through the drive thru, ordered 3 Rally Burgers, 2 medium fries & 3 medium drinks. When I pulled up to the window. The man working there checked out the person at the walk up, but then never even acknowledged me! I looked into the kitchen, the man I saw said something to a guy who was in back, they both laughed, but neither one gave me any sign they knew I had ordered. They didn't ask for money, so I left. I hope they made my order and discovered I was gone!!! I will never go back to this Rally's again!

I'm not a fan of Rally's but that's what my granddaughter wanted for lunch. We had two full meals and 1 fry and a small rally burger and it was over $40, definitely not a fan at this price!
