Yet another time that this location has shorted me food. These people are incompetent. They don't answer phones probably because they would have to be in the building instead of out smoking in the parking lot. Make sure you check items that are to be made a certain way and that everything is there before you leave because they get rude and refuse to fix their mess ups. I asked my boyfriend to pick up the missing item to avoid taking my toddlers back out and they refused with proof of purchase because they didn't recognize him. My order wasn't complicated. Pathetic staff

If you’re no longer going to be having menu items, you could at least try to mark them out or put a note over the item. It’s crazy that your employees don’t want to make anything asked for a milkshake. It’s no longer being offered anymore asked for chicken said it would be a five minute wait cool I’ll wait then pull up to the window to we are not making it go somewhere else. So here I am at steak ‘n Shake getting some food

I had not had a big buford in a years, and I was really looking foward to it, but the burger was not very good. The apple pies were good and hot though. The restaraunt was also in a run down part of town.
