There were only 2 people working here on a Sunday evening. They did their best which is why they got 3 stars. However, I waited nearly 7 minutes to be helped and I was first in line. They had some massive orders at the drive through. They were 100% professional and my food came out within 5 minutes after being ordered. One worker even came off her break after the rush and helped me with a refill.
I will come back to this location in the future. The fries were delicious as expected!

Don't go here if you're in a hurry, service is slow but that's because everything is usually hot and fresh so it's worth the wait! This is one of my favorite locations because I've never gotten anything that wasn't freshly made. Everyone is friendly. The parking lot is a little rough especially when pulling in and leaving but who's parking lot isn't anymore.

I ordered 3 combos. You can see three combo drinks and fries on the receipt. Some how after the computer taking my order and read back the order correctly a burger was taken off. I only got 2 burgers with my 3 combo meals I took it back and the lady told me I only paid for 2 burgers. I took them to the walk up window. She told me to get in line if I wanted another burger. I only have so much time for a lunch break so I couldn't wait around. Had to work with French fries for my lunch. What number is the French fry, lemonade combo? Not happy.

The sassy cashier had to insist that I don't understand taxes that my totals are off because I was totaled was totaled on the receipt 35 cents for the drink tax. The AI was pretty good through the speaker but I've never experienced it so I was very confused I told the AI I thought it was a wrong total well the problem was when it asked if you wanted to go big I'm like yeah sure but I didn't see that on the screen because there's no screen to look at. So it turns out the discrepancy of a $1.99 was the simple Go Large option which I didn't realize was the difference because my math and my head had nothing to recognize on the ordering screens because there are no orders screens all that I can remember but maybe there was but I didn't see the 1.99 but the sassy cashier had to get snippy about it. So if she would have just explained the 1.99 difference was the 1999 to 21.00 difference then yeah I would have understood but she wanted to argue about me knowing about drinking taxes. My boy was in the car and I allowed him to continue the conversation because I was just going to try to shut up and be quiet but she kept running her mouth insulting me so I'll never be back I'm from out of town but if she's working I won't be back anyone else would be fine but the food is delicious at this location

The fries are still good as almost always. Miss some of the menu items they once had like the mushroom Swiss sandwich. My family and I do not like the automated response system at the drive thru speaker. No feeling and definitely no understanding really when a person is ordering. Not really sure I recommend them anymore.

I went through the drive through before receiving my order I asked for mayo and ketchup packets for my fries .I was told we don’t have mayo packets we’re waiting on a truck. So then I asked well can you put some ina cup from the grill I was told no we don’t have any.I received my food look on my sandwich and wow I was lied to.Theres mayo on my sandwich.Every week I come through the drive through I’m told there’s no mayo.Theladys very rude and acts like she has a vendetta against customers.My chicken bites were loaded withred sasoning Salt this is not rally’s norm for their chicken bites .I will never return .Messing with someone’s food is a crime
