My boys love the chicken bite box. We usually try to stop a couple days a week after school. The fries tasted like they was Re-dropped an not freshly made.. other then that my experience was real good

The fries are still good as almost always. Miss some of the menu items they once had like the mushroom Swiss sandwich. My family and I do not like the automated response system at the drive thru speaker. No feeling and definitely no understanding really when a person is ordering. Not really sure I recommend them anymore.

I went through the drive through before receiving my order I asked for mayo and ketchup packets for my fries .I was told we don’t have mayo packets we’re waiting on a truck. So then I asked well can you put some ina cup from the grill I was told no we don’t have any.I received my food look on my sandwich and wow I was lied to.Theres mayo on my sandwich.Every week I come through the drive through I’m told there’s no mayo.Theladys very rude and acts like she has a vendetta against customers.My chicken bites were loaded withred sasoning Salt this is not rally’s norm for their chicken bites .I will never return .Messing with someone’s food is a crime

It's Rally's, don't expect much. The burger was warm, the fries were warm and the service was fast andfriendly. Can't ask for more than that.
I only put one star because I couldn't put a half a star. My mother and I went to the walk up with no 3 days ago. And we did 32 minutes after we have waited 30 minutes to order. She really told me to throw my cigarette out even though I was far from the walk-up window. I even save the receipts and complained when we hadn't made up our minds in three minutes from window opening so she says I'm going to shut the window so you two decide what you want no no wait ma'am you just opened it ??. Since my mother and I were on foot I asked for a large bag and said you should be grateful because I only usually use these on doordash. It's like she had a vendetta against us and attitude towards us before we even open our mouths and we don't know this woman from adam. She should not even work with piranhas this is rallies at 6:00 p.m. I have never had a problem with Rally's before especially East Manor super nice to me but this woman needs to go I if I ever see her at the window again I will turn and walk to another restaurant such as Burger king. And you really should you have have your employees wearing their name tags. ✌?
