Waited over 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru got home our food was incorrect call them for 2 days straight could not get an answer very horrible experience the food was disgusting the fries were stale and very cold..... A waste of $40 yes $40

Rally's is always a solid choice for a quick trip through the drive through. Very rarely a problem with the order, and when one crops up, they always immediately fixed it when brought to their attention. Will return, again and again and again.

Rally's on south limestone is Awesome. I had one issue the entire time and it was resolved. Staff is super friendly and Krissy, the manager is super nice. It's hard to find kind ppl with zero attitude in food service anymore. But this is my local rallys and they're the best. Thank you all. A.

Gave me the wrong food at the window and I had to tell him it wasn't my order and handed it back. Also he gave me the food before I even payed. I could have driven away with someone else's food for free.
