I made a reservation for 7pm and when my wife and I arrived at 655pm I was told that we had a 40 min wait. If you make a reservation that means you are reserving a table for that party for that date and time. When I asked the girl at the front what reservation meant to her, i got your on the list for a table. It is not to put you on a waiting list. We went somewhere else to eat. This was very disappointing. I know I will not get any response from red lobster over this because they are not accountable for their own misleading of customers. They are there if you want to try your luck.

Got to say it, food took approx 30 minutes and place wasn't busy at all. The fish and chips I ordered was only one small pc of fish and fries the size for a child for $17.99. My wife got on appetizers, 2ea. Plus two ice tea. Our bill.was $56.00 & tip. Total $64.0 def a 35-40 dollar bill. Very unhappy over all. My sister got fish and chips also. She had them take it back and ordered something else to go. She said it was mussy and real wet pasta and shrimp. Def should have corporate. But I didn't.

Order 119.00 in food Friday thru Red Lobster website. Doordash delivered it with only sauce and 2 Marconi. Call talk to Manager who told me she would refund it. Call next day to see if she put it thru. Another manager who didn't even check said. If she saidbshe would than she did. Wrong because now I have to dispute it. Smh bad service should have we thru doordash because ŵhen they get it wrong it fix immediately.

We had reserved the room for folks' 63nd anniversary. Since they can't hear very well in a crowd, that's why we picked Red Lobster. When we showed up, the room was taken. That was very disappointing. Anyhow, we were seated in the main area. It wasn't the best situation. Luckily, our server Larry was outstanding and made the visit nice. Please thank Larry for us.
Service is not up to the mark. Long wait for the food to come out despite not too many guests. We literally stopped coming here & every time we do, it’s a disappointment as always
I got two different kinds of shrimp, and it was good. I was excited they had brussel sprouts! They were pretty good but not the best I've had. For the cost, the quality is not quite where I want it to be.
