first off we could get more knowledgeable and respectful staff. our experience there last night was awful The server was rude and condescending and then our food came out half-assed missing lobster had no utensils my coconut shrimp was dry as hell from sitting under a warming lamp. We had to ask three different people for steak sauce. The waitress ask us for our sides and then when we got our bill was charged premium prices never mentioned a word. when I ask her about the up charges she was very rude and said it wasn't her job to inform us of it. her name was Melissa H. then the manager came out and I explained I didn't ask for him I was taking it to corporate. he persisted in taking our bill to pay us out and we ended up paying for another table's food was not even our bill he charged us for but it was cheaper so I took it and ran. management and staff may need to be retrained.

The place looked very kept up. Had a great server, met the new manager Angie very sweet! Had to let her know that you can definitely tell they are under new management. Overall it was the best I had in a while, especially service wise.

They served us very slow. The waitress never checked in. The food was not good. My broccoli was brown, my bfs asparagus wasn’t fresh. They overcooked my friends lobster and undercooked his rice. Then as we were leaving they were kicking a guy out for complaining about his food getting served to him cold. Really bad customer service. All that was good was the atmosphere.

I flew in from Houston, TX over the Thanksgiving Holiday and had the absolute best welcome from the General Manager, Steve. To say that he and his waitstaff went above and beyond to ensure that my fiance and I had an enjoyable dining experience is an understatement. I give Steve, this Red Lobster Location, and the staff 5 stars across the board and pray continued success and God’s blessings for each and every one of them!

Been a few times visiting family and each time there is something going on. My steak was well, the waiters debated who would take my table after already being seated. My salad was turning pink.

The food and the hostess/cleanup person were great. The waitresses weren’t good they need more training maybe? Also, we were told red lobster doesn’t offer a 10% discount for veterans which is not true
