I will never order to go again. Absolutely awful! Wrong items, Missing items. And an employee (Lisa) who assumed that I didn't know the difference between crab and lobster. And our meals were served in foodservice pans

Waitress made us wait 15 20 minutes just to start our order. Grabbed menus and slammed our plates on the table. Very rude.. daiquiri was alcohol free. Waist of my precious time. Caloric intake. Never again ? ? ? Beavercreek next time.. that place should close with that scrappy service..kick rocks.

Horrible,we had 6:30 pm reservations, didn't get seated till 7:20, then 3 tables that got seated a half hour after us receive there entrees before we did. Our waiter didn't check on us during our hour and a half wait on our food,no extra biscuits,never checked on our drinks during this, but one time, horrible,My wife is terminal with cancer,this was probably her last Valentine Day,she picked RED LOBSTER what a mistake, cant believe how things went ,then when our food finally came i was too disappointed to eat it,31.99 for my meal and all i recieved was 4 shrimp 3 quarter size hush puppies 4 lobster bites and a few greasy fries buried under that little bit of crap!!very disappointed , especially my wife ,her Valentine's Day dinner was ruined.thank you red lobster, PS: we spent 98.36 ,and irregardless we still gave a 22.00 tip 120.00 was spent ,what a waste,too bad i cant get our money back,too bad ,use too enjoy red lobster i dont know what happened there but there was no excuse for any of that ,she had too wait for a pair of crab crackers for 20 minutes after she got her food 40.00 for 8 single crab legs and a few greasy potatoes underneath.no crackers for crab legs at Red lobster ?? Till your half way done breaking legs with your bare hands .WHAT A NIGHTMARE.

It took a 3 hours to get a seat and it took it 2 hours to get our food and our appetizers it was the most not satisfied the manager didn't do the business right whoever was back there cooking did not do a very good job service was really poor people walked out they should have been done better I've been there before but I ain't never seen nothing like this my wife is very upset the way the place was ran she said I never go back there again me and her has been there about 20 times and her past lives I kept asking when are we going to be seated when we get time we will receive you they told me 25 minutes or it ends up being 3 hours I have patience but my patience is running out I was getting ready to leave then finally they said he will seat me there's people walking in ahead of me said they had reservations and they checked on there and they did not have the reservations but they want to see them fit instead it was a poor business
