Great food, fried chicken sandwich is a solid option. Very good staff, went without needing or wanting for anything. Location is good as well. Will visit again when back in town for family time.

One of the best wings for your money places I've found. Is what I said a 2 years ago about this location but today, today is the last time I eat here. Go up there because you can never get anyone on the phone and there's no online orders at this location, place my order with the attendant, got an ETA and signed the check. The girl at the counter got an attitude when I didn't tip. Let's see I drove here, walked in to place the order, I'll walk in again to pickup the order and do you even walk to the back to get the order or is it brought out to you? So please entertain me by telling exactly what tipable service you provided? If they get this bent over not receiving a tip when they've done nothing it makes you question if you can trust having your food prepared there if you only tip for service. Yeah this is it, never again. The parking lot is kinda empty.

I love Roosters. But this particular one is the worst I’ve ever been to. The food is usually fine but the service is always abysmal. I just sat in here for nearly 20 minutes. Not one single person acknowledged me beyond the hostess who told us to seat ourselves. The only server I saw in our section looked like he was struggling with a six top that didn’t seem too demanding. Everybody else just has to wait until they got done eating to order I guess. I can’t comment on the food because after 20 minutes I just got up and left.

We had a party of 11, could be overwhelming for some, but Tai (hopefully spelling is correct) did a fabulous job! She was very pleasant and detailed with our orders. She showed confidence and took care of our needs, as we were all there planning a trip.

It was a disappointment this evening. The poor server was all over the place because she had to continually keep fixing orders. In her frantic expedition, she had major neglect. When our food arrived, she wasn't sure if what I got was what I ordered. When I took a bite of my food, it wasn't cooked completely. She took it back, and it took thirty plus minutes to get a burger that was still wrong. The fries we got were cold and soggy. They tasted like corrugated cardboard. When it was time to go, she kept forgetting me, and it took way too long to get a box, then I waited for the bill, then a request for a tea to go was ignored. I was also charged for things I didn't even get. It used to be a good place. Now, it seems like no one is in charge.
A young man waited on us & he did a awesome job! He finally told us that MULTIPLE people called off, yet there was always 2-3 ( or more) just standing around the front. The young man’s name is Hayden.
