Ordered a full slab of ribs for Carryout. Presentation was good, ribs fell off the bone and they applied sauce on the top. Unfortunately, there was no smoke flavor or any indication that they were prepared in a smoker or grill. Underside of the rib was flesh colored with zero seasoning making them seem boiled. Worst experience ever for a restaurant that claims to have the best bbq ribs.

Last Saturday, Rudy's Smokehouse Food Truck joined us at Wittenberg University's Inauguration Tailgate. Wow, they did not disappoint! Their food is consistently delicious. From the mouthwatering BBQ to the savory scalloped corn and tangy coleslaw, every bite was amazingly tasty. The friendly service helped make the celebration truly memorable. We can’t wait to have them back for future events!

Loved Rudy's! We were looking for good food, close to our hotel and room to catch up with friend. Rudy's hit all marks! You can't go wrong with the Sampler Platter! The 3 of us dove into the BBQ of ribs, chicken, turkey and sausage with 2 sides, like there was no tomorrow! Highly recommend! Stop in. You will be full and happy the rest of the day.
1st time coming to this place. Will definitely come back when we are in Springfield again. Food was good.

Be careful with the menu. Ordered a 12.99 sandwich that was supposed to include two sides. Somehow I got charged extra for my sides on both orders. Didn’t notice it until I left. Plus I tipped 20% thinking my good would be brought to me. It wasn’t.
