Just had an early dinner. Atmosphere was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was quite good. Will definitely visit again.

Hibachi chefs are amazing!

Sat a very long time before getting even a drink, they need more cooks. And the cook was messing up the order for people several times. Pricey for what you get here.

Not bad but not great for the price. You won’t go away hungry here, but for the price, atmosphere, and cooking performance, they should be $5-10 cheaper per dish. Of course, going during Lunch will always be cheaper than for Dinner. The chef was nice but well below average. The poor waiter was running around like crazy, I felt bad. The atmosphere could use a significant upgrade (again for the current price level, more is expected). Another critique is using yum yum sauce as salad dressing. Never had that before, always easy the orange ginger dressing. Not a fan. But the clear soup (here called Mushroom soup) was delicious! Don’t know other options on Springfield area but this is just my honest assessment. 3/5 stars.

Curious what sushi options there are around Springfield and decided to check out Sakura. Very obvious this isn't a sushi place since it's assumed everyone is there for Hibachi. And they weren't wrong with everyone else.

I ordered a dragon roll and 2 orders each of eel, tuna and 3 of salmon. I asked if 1 order was 2 pieces and the server smiled and said yes. Bless her heart. Very sweet older lady who I could barely understand. No issues whatsoever - even when I received half of what I ordered and got nigiri instead of sashimi.

Quality of fish is as expected for a Hibachi focused place. Definitely not bad but also not great. Very much average to match the average price. No idea how well it ranks with other local spots. You won't be disappointed if you go here so it's a solid choice for business trips or a quick bite and drink. Oh and their ginger salad is the sweet white dressing type where the iceberg lettuce swims in the bowl. That could be good or bad depending on your preference.

The service is subpar. Needs a good update. The chef is friendly and interactive not to mention he cooks very well however the quality of the food isn't the best. For the cost your better off going to shogun or bennihana.

Our Chef made the experience so fun. He was singing the whole time and had all of us laughing. We will return!

We were from out of town, was there for my wife's 50th birthday. With our grandson and daughters and son it was a terrible time. The atmosphere was very bad. We were the actually the only ones at the hibachi tables. And they could not serve us correctly. Could not get the right foods for the right orders. Could not refill drinks on time. This seems very unfeasible by me because we were the only ones in the restaurant at the hibachi tables. The group of servers were all staring us down like we were bad luck or deadbeats. It was a $600 meal that should have been for free because the service, the food and the atmosphere was terrible. I will never recommend this restaurant to anybody

This place is overpriced for the quality of food served. Onion soup was barely warm and had to be heated. Ordered Hibachi and the Filet was meat was under cooked (almost raw). Ordered Med rare and got very rare. Cook did not seem to care about his job and should retire.

Great portions opposed to Florida. Miso was warm. Food was good just a little too much teriyaki sauce used on everything. Besides that everything was good. Would go a second time.
