Ordered cupcakes for a baby shower. Served them. Nobody was finishing them. Ate one after everyone left, they were hard as hard could be. They had to be at least a week old if not older. I ordered a week in advance so to be sure they were fresh. Very disappointing. Schulers should be embarrassed to charge people for stale product like that. Shameful!!

I love this bakery. I love that they support first responders. They have an awesome assortment of beautifully decorated cookies that I purchase for my kids as a special treat on occasion. The donuts are amazing, and my kids love the multicolored popcorn.

The sign broadcasting your intolerant views is enough for 1 star alone. I grew up enjoying Schuler's Doughnuts (usually on SUNDAYS) but had I known they were filled with hate I would have left them long ago. Now apparently they're also made with that same hate because they were low tier at best. Glad there's another option closer to me now.

My problem here is that I came in to order some red velvet cupcakes with bright orange frosting for my kids' bday 2 weeks in advance and was told that I must have the white cream cheese icing. That I could not pay more for orange. That food coloring could not be used to turn the white cream cheese icing into orange cream cheese icing.
Outright refusal. MUST. BE. WHITE. CREAM. CHEESE. ICING.
Maybe I could if you don’t work before 3:30 weekdays I can’t vouch for then. I am definitely not over exaggerating by saying the past 4 visits I have not gotten what I want. There’s only a few things to pick from barely any options at all. Today was Bismarks ( wanted chocolate cream filled or at least glazed … none). They don’t make enough product ever in my opinion. Unless I have the worst luck on the days I show up. My response I sent to my wife explains it best for me. “I’ve always walked out of there disappointed “. I normally have to settle on something else. Today I bought nothing and left. Figured if they read this post schulers can meet the needs(wants) of people.

Donuts taste like they are made with gritty unmelted sugar. At 8am they start to get stiff like they were made the night before. Back in the day Schuelers was good. Now their donuts suck and they close for no reason on Sundays and Mondays. Also... the sign they put in the door is just ignorant. In this country you shouldn't need to announce your intolerant views toward others at the door.
