Amazing staff, Amazing coffee, All in all just damn amazing. Once you go there, you'll always want more. They're like an addiction, once you start you can't stop. And the staff always make it 10 times better. Very kind and sweet, always joyful. Don't have anything bad to say. Been going to them for 2-4 years to get coffee. They've never failed me once.

Our coffee and hot chocolate were yummy and made quickly.
The temperature was freezing inside as we sat and chatted…uncomfortably cold. The employees said they were hot so they turned it way down. We had to leave it was so cold.
The employees did their job well but weren’t friendly. They were all business. No smiles.

Visiting family in the area and stopped in for a latte. First one tasted like it was made with spoiled milk. I asked barista to remake. The second latte was just as bad.

Parking: Majority of the traffic is going through the drive through the whole parking lot is not that big but they don't need a large parking lot and what they have is more than sufficient. With handicap parking also!!
Kid-friendliness: Scout's is more than enough for kid friendly they're not going after the kid market and then the adult coffee drinking crowd and the rest is good high end coffee and then the price is in line with the best coffee chains.
Wheelchair accessibility: Small parking lot so the accessibility is not a issue!!
