Fake hospitality, I’m a truck driver and asking them to print me two pages of BoL for next pick up, told me “NO, we can’t receive an email from out side”, how you contact with your clients, or you think that the truckers are stupid guys, You can simply say that you don’t want to help the people if you can’t make a profit. Shame on you.

Food is from the cooler machines is always fresh and priced fairly. They’re always on time to restock and service the machines. When I needed a refund, they offered multiple options for the return, and I got it quickly and without any problem. Definitely recommend.

Our company recently signed on with Sheehan Brothers Vending and is thoroughly pleased with their services. The sandwiches are freshly made, salads are appealing, and other options are good. The drink selection has an array of choices: milk, iced coffee, energy drinks, and pop. The customer service we have received is phenomenal! Jacob has made himself available to assist us whenever needed. He and a few team members spent quality time with us on our transition day in order to make the change as seamless as possible. The Sheehan team members are professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their clients are satisfied.

Maybe it’s the service package our company went with I’m not sure but this terrible to say the least. Currently all the lunch food is expired, everything, hell there’s orange juice that expired in April. I spent my last dollar in that machine today , never again

Here lately I have heard the work environment is very unsettling for some workers over there. maybe some prejudice workers and some in management positions, I hope and pray such a nice company is not supporting or allowing such behavior in their company.

I was given the task at our dealership to handle our vending and coffee needs. Sheehan Brothers Vending has been absolutely incredible to work with. But more importantly, the service after is frankly one of the best. We wanted to upgrade some equipment. After trying a few different machine's, we were a little unclear as to what would work best for the dealership. Patrick did everything to make sure we got what we needed and we were extremely satisfied. We had a little mishap that we originally thought was the water line of their machine leaking. Rob, one of their service technicians, immediately came to our store to repair it. Turned out to be OUR best line and nothing with their equipment . Sad to say most would have just let us know it was not their machine and went on about their day. Not Rob! He helped locate our water line valve, fixed our leak and even CLEANED UP THE WATER!!! No questions!Truly a company that takes care of their customers! If you are looking for a vending company for your business, look no further as you will not be disappointed in Sheehan Brothers Vending.

I work third shift maintenance at birchwoood foods and I would like to say that our delivery driver is top notch. If we ever have an issue we bring it to his attention and if he can’t resolve the problem it will be taken care off the next day. Keep up the good work and thank you for the cookies

These people couldn't keep the air supplied to their grandmother's oxygen tank if her life depended on it, and even when they did it would be expired or 3 days till expiration.

I’m at the DHL Carhartt DC3 site in Canal Winchester and your service sucks. Regularly there is hardly any food in the cooler and what they do have is very over priced compared to their competitors like AVI. Why are there 2 drink coolers that are always stocked but 1 food cooler that’s rarely stacked and very over priced? You should have 2 food coolers and 1 drink cooler that way there’s enough food for the employees. AVI food systems has a far better selection, quality and better prices. I labor shared at another site and buying lunch here through Sheehan costs twice a much a day then AVI. What I spend here’s at DC3 can pay for lunch for the exact same items for 2 days.
