Like others, we were unable to hit minimum spends, so they abruptly pulled their machine from us. As a small mom/pop restaurant they never should have attempted to assume my business when I told them my ordering frequency which was accurate. I'm sure they're great for big ticket coffee buyers, but if you're in the market for infrequent deliveries at under $100/mo. they aren't for you.

If you choose to use these guys make sure you are big enough. We have RENTED coffee and water machine form them for 10 years. They pulled it out today because we weren't profitable enough for them. They don't seem interested in working with small businesses

During my recent interaction with Jacob Wagner, the salesman displayed a significant lack of knowledge regarding your products and services. This not only impacted the quality of our conversation but also reflected poorly on your company's expertise and commitment to excellence. The information he presented me was very scripted and his answers were unclear. It was obvious that he does not truly know what he is trying to sell, but rather that he is skimming the surface and not fully educated. For this reason, we decided to go with a local competitor who we felt was much more trustworthy and reliable. Hope this helps.

Twice have they NOT sent me a refund for their machines not returning my change. Twice! I'm still waiting for $10 to be sent to my address. This is ridiculous.

I bought an item out of their vending machine. Paid with card. It processed immediately and vended my item. The next day the company added money to the charge and charged me more! I didn't agree to pay any extra that's called theft by unauthorized use of credit card. I submitted evidence of this unauthorized additional charge and was refunded by my credit card company. I don't care if it's $0.01. the company stole from me. I paid. Got my item. The transaction was completed. They had no right to change the charged amount at all after the transaction was completed. And the card company agrees. Next time I'll file charges on this company for their crooked business practices.

No variety and charges tax on non taxable items. I'm upset that my company ditched Avi for this joke of a company.

Fake hospitality, I’m a truck driver and asking them to print me two pages of BoL for next pick up, told me “NO, we can’t receive an email from out side”, how you contact with your clients, or you think that the truckers are stupid guys, You can simply say that you don’t want to help the people if you can’t make a profit. Shame on you.

Food is from the cooler machines is always fresh and priced fairly. They’re always on time to restock and service the machines. When I needed a refund, they offered multiple options for the return, and I got it quickly and without any problem. Definitely recommend.

Our company recently signed on with Sheehan Brothers Vending and is thoroughly pleased with their services. The sandwiches are freshly made, salads are appealing, and other options are good. The drink selection has an array of choices: milk, iced coffee, energy drinks, and pop. The customer service we have received is phenomenal! Jacob has made himself available to assist us whenever needed. He and a few team members spent quality time with us on our transition day in order to make the change as seamless as possible. The Sheehan team members are professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their clients are satisfied.

Maybe it’s the service package our company went with I’m not sure but this terrible to say the least. Currently all the lunch food is expired, everything, hell there’s orange juice that expired in April. I spent my last dollar in that machine today , never again

Here lately I have heard the work environment is very unsettling for some workers over there. maybe some prejudice workers and some in management positions, I hope and pray such a nice company is not supporting or allowing such behavior in their company.
