The last two times I have ordered, since the middle of November, I definitely noticed a difference in the cheese used. After the first time, I tried again hoping it was a one time thing. So I tried again, and the cheese is definitely different. I was so sad cuz I always loved Shortstop Pizza, but no more.

Ordered a deluxe pizza today and it did NOT disappoint! 10/10 the best pizza I've ever had and has now become my families new favorite pizza place. It wasn't super greasy, toppings were the perfect amount and it tasted like it came from God's oven! The woman i talked to on the phone was extremely sweet! She spelled my name as a completely different name but it was funny and her reaction to realizing it wasn't the name i gave her was priceless 😂 she was a sweetheart, clearly today wasn't her day but she had such a positive attitude about it all and was funny which I appreciate. We will be back to try the buffet soon.

We have been getting food from Short Stop for quite a while now. Their menu is quite extensive. And all of the food we have had, has been top quality. We try different things from their menu all the time. The last thing that we had, was pork tenderloin subs. They wrap the lettuce, tomato, and onions inside of the pork. We have never had one this way. But wow. It’s delicious. Fried mushrooms, jalapeño poppers, fries, wings, and onion rings are great. Only had one pizza that was not so great. (And we have had a lot of them.) Highly recommend Short Stop. It has become a family staple in our home.

I was in on November 10th at around 1130 in the morning. I along with another person ordered the pizza buffet. The salad bar was stocked but there was not a single pizza on the buffet! It took about 10 minutes for a pizza to come out and within minutes it was gone. During my visit several other groups came in one from a company called Millers and another couple of guys from Huffmans tree service…. The second pizza came out about 1225. I know there were at least 8 customers that were there that ordered the buffet. At almost $12 a person that’s almost $100 for 2 pizzas and a salad and soup bar. They are making a killing for not bringing out pizzas. Everytime we would ask about pizza an employee would say one was on its way out but it never came out. I use to eat here years ago and the pizza was always stocked and coming out but not now. Also the dining room was very cold inside probably in the high 50s at best!

Got two medium pizzas. 1 pepperoni and banana peppers. The other just pepperoni. Both were just ok. The toppings were all good, as well as the sauce but the crust was kinda....cardboard-y. Nothing really going on with it and it takes from the toppings. The fried pickle straws were delicious though. I'd come back again to try their other offerings. Service was good and the store was clean.

best pizza sauce in town by far!!! ive been eating with short stop since a child and have never in my life been dissatisfied . short stop is a must have! i recommend the seasoned frys as well as their delicious pizza. customer service has always been great as well, they will even go out of their way to bring your order out to your car if you decide to wait in the parking lot! please do not miss out on the opportunity if you are in or around northridge.
