There was no place to park my truck and trailer at the order kiosks, so i had to park elsewhere. They could not bring me my food...like they could not leave the actual covered porch area to walk to my truck to give me my food, then the sandwich had onions on it, which i asked not to be on it, and the tator tots were cold and not cooked. My dog did not even want to eat them when i got home. I will never go there again

I ordered through door dash and got 2 of the skimpiest looking LARGE chili cheese fries ever! It’s bad enough that door dash charges more the least this location could do is make it worth it for crying in the night. The large size should have been considered a small or medium was just spread out in a larger box. Barely any cheese and only a small amount of chili. Not impressed complete waist of money in my opinion. Don’t you people know how expensive crap is right now like come on quit ripping people off!!!

I tried to call this location and they amswered and hung up several times. They refuse to amswer the phone.
I just came through the drive-through. My chicken sandwich was burnt to the crisp and it tasted like dirty grease they need clean out the deep fryer and quit serving people disgusting food. Tater tots was cold. I’m so disappointed in Tuttle Road sonic.
I can't remember the last time I have been to a Sonic. I loved the sakes and the tater tots and the burgers. I will definitely be coming back.

We didn't even have an opportunity to eat here because of the horrible customer service. Me and my husband were traveling with a camper so we parked in Walmart and walked to the restaurant. We attempted to order at the booth in the seating area. We were immediately told they were only taking orders through the drive thru. My husband attempted to explain that we were unable to go through the drive thru because we had a camper, and the employee cut us off, told us we had to order through the app and turned off the mic. So we decided to just leave.
The only reason I give Sonic 5 stars is because the manager Trinity is a great worker and knows how to do her job unlike the main manager there that is just rude and disrespectful.

I tried to order on the app and it would not go through. We pulled up to one of the ordering stations and no one answered 3 different times. I tried to ask two different employees for help. They just said they were busy.
I typically do not eat at Sonic but my kids wanted to try it. I will never eat at Sonic again. They need to send the employees through Chick Fil A training. This place is so inefficient. Several cars have left just like us.

the lady in the drive-thru was very rude. i was given a flat dr pepper and politely asked for another one, was then given attitude from worker and given yet another flat dr pepper. it was almost clear so i don’t understand how they are okay with serving that.
