Supposed to be a blt with cheese. That looks disgusting. I know food doesn’t look like the pictures on the menu, but this is ridiculous.

My chicken sandwich was severely raw in the middle. I unfortunately ate part of it before realizing it was raw. I called and talked to ash. she said just bring up the food and we’ll refund you. Once I got there, I was ignored for 25 minutes before finally being dealt with. The manager didn’t even check my sandwich and just put it in the trash and told me I would have my money back and left it as that. I was truly just concerned with my health. I will not eat from sonic again they don’t care about my safety at all.

We actually like sonic there onions rings n there burgers there shakes we have this one shake that was like part ice cream and part slushes with sprinkles on top I do think there whip cream is artificial but we love sonic we just love there food

We waited in the drive through for ~30 minutes with a handful of cars in front of us, and we were told we could not use the stalls to order. Absolutely absurd.

Went to the drive in....parked, pushed button to place an order and after waiting a few minutes someone on the other end Said they had no servers and that we would have to go through the drive-thru. Sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 5 minutes before anyone would take our order and then waited 5 minutes at the window to be served. Food was okay but the service was horrible
I don’t know how one can mess up microwaving a footlong chili cheese dog but they sure did. Awful! And she handed it to me in the bag vertically…it’s a coney dog …ugh! Terrible workers these days. Take NO pride in their work!

I love sonic food and I think more places should have that 50’s 60’s style dining scene
Parking: Parking lot is always clean, and so ask the park service
Kid-friendliness: It’s not any play place or anything like that. But there’s room in the front with glass to play catch or just to run around
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly and easy for entry
