the lady in the drive-thru was very rude. i was given a flat dr pepper and politely asked for another one, was then given attitude from worker and given yet another flat dr pepper. it was almost clear so i don’t understand how they are okay with serving that.

A huge shout out to sonic on tuttle rd. Haley and her team made sure that all the walmart employees have water in the heat. Walmart was evacuated and the employees have to stay at sonic until the all clear. We appreciate you for taking care of all the walmart associates!! Ya'll are truly amazing and thank you again!!

We drove through and got some of the Sonic Soft pretzels. They are long, soft and delicious. They are served with a cup of cheese sauce. If you haven't tried them, I recommend them!

Slowest drive thru I have ever seen. 1 car ahead of me took over 30 minutes and my shake was weird something strange in the bottom of the cup that tasted like chemicals and burned my mouth

I experienced an unacceptable delay of over twenty minutes while awaiting a single slushie at the drive-thru.
At the service counter, I overheard the cashier discussing a previous customer who had evidently caused her displeasure.
After receiving my beverage, I departed. Please anticipate a significant wait time if you plan to visit this establishment..

This place is horrible. Ordered 3 burgers, 3 fries, and 3 drinks. Drinks full of ice, hardly any pop, burgers looked like they were slapped together, thrown into the wrappers and then stomped flat. The fries were cold even after being told that our order had just been made. Pulled away only to find out that our fries weren't remotely even warm. Turned around in the parking lot to go back through the drive thru and get new, hot fries, only for the girl at the window named Racheal to throw an attitude, demand the fries back with attitude and then she did not realize she didn't close the window and started mocking what we complained about and being completely unprofessional not realizing we could hear all her disgraceful behavior (parents should be proud). This isn't the first second or third time we've had run ins at this Sonic like this but it will be the last time we ever go here again. We'll spend our money where the business appreciates their customers, serves good hot edible food with respect and fixes mess ups without attitudes. This place is a joke. Find better, respectful help, or you'll be out of business soon enough.

Young girl on the headset was super rude after there was more then 2 things on the order. 0 hospitality at a place supposed to be centered around happy and welcoming. Would never ever stop at this location ever again in my life
This place has the worst employees Ever! How does Sonic offer a freshly made smash burger but you can barely get it because these lazy folks don’t wanna make it. Oh and the one time we actually able to get the smash burger they said they didn’t have the sauce for it but my husband still wanted it so they had to still make it. If you want something good from Sonic you gotta go outta town and that’s starting to be with any restaurant here in Springfield. They are rude also. We pulled up to the intercom where you park and someone got on the mic all rude telling us if we wanna place an order we need to go through the drive through!

Did online order checked in waited for 30 mins before asked what was going on the manager was very rude says I didn't check in when I tried to show her my phone that I did she walked away from me then in about 10 min another girl came out with our food very apologetic but we was in a hurry and took off on the interstate out of town when we seen they didn't give us all our food only given 2 stars bc of the girl that came out apologizing
