Just got scammed by someone who pulled bag off pump and said it was good - but it didn't work (and they got my card info, and used it already) - the same person put bag back on and said tank was still empty. I tried to call Speedway - no answer; I tried to call my bank - no answer - I tried to call Springfield police - put on hold until I gave up.

I'm not from Springfield I'm just here visiting for the night I bought two lottery tickets here won the same price I paid for him and try to cash it at another location and they told me that it wasn't activated and I called the store and was told that I had to drive clear back over here or come back tomorrow which is really inconvenient because it's an hour and 20 minutes round trip for me to come back to cash a $10 ticket that cost me $10 and I had to drive clear back to this location for them to activate it which in turn cost me time and money and gas to be honest every time I come to Springfield I'm a little disappointed with most of the Speedways if anybody knows me they know that I'm a big fan of Speedway will not absolutely will not get gas or coffee anywhere else. Unless it's coffee from a machine at home and quite honestly I'd rather just drive to find a Speedway. When I went on vacation to Myrtle Beach I only stopped at Speedways. The cleanliness, fresh chilled creamer machine not having the right creamer in the Right Slots or being empty, the little creamer cups being low, the coffee station being a little filthy at most locations and while I did drive clear back to cash my ticket the girl was very polite even when I was upset, which help me feel a little better about the situation. I wasn't mean to her I wasn't even yelling or anything just voicing my displeasure at having to drive several extra miles to cash a lottery ticket. I just love Speedway gas stations I won't stop using speedways, the coffee is good quality at least to my taste, fully trust their gas but the cleanliness needs to get stepped up

I was there this morning almost 10am. A young lady was working the center register. Super super nice and polite, I can’t express how much that made my morning. You don’t see that level of politeness anymore. She’s one of a kind.
Customer service here is non existent. The manager or whoever she is thinks its a good idea to shut every single coffee machine down during the day/evening for a cleaning cycle. I mention to her that it would be good if you left one open so your customers can get coffee still, then do the last one when those finish. She automatically gets rude and says i can wait itll only take 5 to 10 min. Who has that kind of time nowadays? Not me and not when my whole families in the truck. Absolutely inconsiderate and just wantd to check it off her things to do. I go to read her name tag and it says Bubbalicious, OMG that explains everything. Speedways definently getting their moneys worth with that one

childish and clown behavior from the man in the deli. Tossing food around, slamming oven doors, yelling out numbers with nothing else. All because people ordered food and made him do *the job he's paid to do*.

The drinks all hardly worked. Not one slush made. Drink flavors didn’t work. Drink station a gross mess. I mentioned this to the lady attendant that maybe a lesbian and she said if people wouldn’t mess it up it wouldn’t be a mess. She should have said I’ll get it cleaned up. I was the only customer at time and there two people in there. SHAME
