Today at 230pm I went to the Speedway at 4950 Burkhardt Dayton/Riverside, Ohio and got ripped off by the gas station. The sign said $2.55. The pump said $3.02 with me using my points.Tge manager told a lot of people that there's nothing she can do

This review is for Speedway at Clinton Township, New Jersey.
I was traveling through from New York to Ohio on business, and had never stopped in New Jersey before. I had been traveling for 3 hours and pulled up to the gas pump. I decided to run in and go to the bathroom before coming back out to fuel.
An older female woman started yelling at me like I was committing the crime of the century and I had no idea what was going on. She started aggressively yelling at me that I couldn't park there unless I was going to pump gas. I assured her I was going to get gas and that I had been on the road for 3 hours and I simply needed to urgently relieve myself. She started to escalate her tone, yelling at me more and more and getting more aggressive.
I didn't understand the issue and she kept telling me I had to move unless I was pumping gas. I returned to my car and tried to initiate pumping gas, and after two to three attempts she came over and tried to rip my credit card out of my hand. I pulled the card back not knowing what in the world she was doing, and I said to her, "You are not touching my card."
She then got even more angry and slammed my gas cover door shut on my car and pounded on my car. In shock, I said, "You pounded on my car!?" Then she threatened to alert the police
Finally, after all this, she informed me in New Jersey you can't pump gas yourself. I remarked, "Perhaps you should check the license plate of the car before acting like a lunatic." I went in and complained to the manager.

the speedway here in Glasgow Kentucky has pumps that you can't read and now the owners won't accept cash because their safe is supposedly broken. Some pumps won't take credit cards. after stopping at two different pumps yesterday trying to get fuel I gave up. I will not be going back to Speedway ever again

Holy Moly the Walton New York location is scummy and filthy. I literally go there if NOTHING open. Not to mention the "manager" is a giant POS. I have a feeling if "YOU" ate the pre-made food. Two days later YOU will be in hospital with food poisoning. There's 1 employee lady that super cool. You will know when you meet her in the A.M. Here is a picture of the broken cc machine, that's been broke for like 4 months.

Absolutely not! I purchased a vanilla gift card to pay a bill online when I got home and tried to pay the bill. It wouldn’t go through!! I called the card and at 1st they said it would take 7 days! I was an installment plan with duke energy so I was extremely upset bc since I couldn’t make the payment it through the entire amount on my bill and I’ve been trying to catch up ever since! HOWEVER THE MONEY HAS NEVER BEEN RETURNED!! I came directly hone with said card and it was here the entire time!!! I HAVE USE VANILLA GIFT CARDS TO GIVE AS GIFTS SEVERAL TIMES!! How many times has this happened and I didn’t know about it!!! I’m disgusted with the service I received as I was panicking bc I didn’t have anymore cash!! If tables were turned and I came and grabbed 100$ out of register I’d go to jail but they can take my 100$ isn’t there some type of agreement with said card!!!

speedway has changed alot after a new company purchase them. the speedway points are no longer a perk for the customer. It's a way to keep you coming back for higher prices. the points program has move so high for merchandise and cards that it takes more money form the customer than it's worth. be careful people with any reward card programs at any business. do your research and support the ones that just give you the best product for the best price without the reward cards. Great service Awesome people. Prob didn’t take his hundred bill cause we don’t always have the change. Only allowed to keep 100 in our cash drawer and I’m guessing he hit speedway at the wrong time of the day or night where as they didn’t have the change to give him. I’m guessing he didn’t spend at least 1/2 of that 100.
Personal pan pizza is one of my favorite things there, friendly service and fast. No wonder it's called speedway. love that they open 24/7. love the cafe where you can order delicious subs and of course the pizza is my favorite. love the design and layout of the inside. If you visit try the sub sandwiches their great. Even the people are so kind.
