The girl today working with only 2 others at 4:50 on 01/25/25, she was on the front espresso machines and has dark hair……. Thank you for being so kind and pleasant while under pressure from all the orders. You handled yourself very well and you were moving so fast. You remade my Americano that was suppose to be in a personal cup twice. Thank you for your care and attention to how your mood affects the business. You did very well to greet everyone walking in and handling remakes and refunds with care. Thank you so much!!!!! - Victoria

Before you order food from doordash from starbucks door dashers are not allowed to wash their hands in the bathroom before handling your food order because they are not a paying customer reporting this to the health department and surgeon General to prevent covid

The manager was very short and rude with my daughter when she asked him a question about the gift card.
Drive through always takes minimum of 20 mins even off peak times… seems like they are always understaffed.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru as we assumed it would be at least 10-15. Then when we received our venti carmel Brule Frappuccino there was just a dollop of whip cream.... I don't pay for Starbucks often because of cost I would think you would at least make it fully
